1. Impossible to go back and delete an item once you have reached checkout. I'm stuck ordering two copies of the same book.
2. Got stuck in the "I'm not a robot" verification for what felt like an hour. Some of the photos are very fuzzy and poor.

When I realized I already had an account I signed in and the 2 books I had chosen disappeared and the program assumed they were in someone else's basket. Too bad for me. Then I had a hard time changing the shipping address. Finally an offer to change address p[oped up. A bot frustrating especially about the book choice. I was however able to choose two different copies... not my first choices. Anyway I will be back as you are not owned by Amazon. Thanks LW
