Have always had excellent service and great books from your site.
While free shipping is nice, it's not nice to receive damaged books. Multiple times this happened. All books that I ordered were stuffed into the one size box that is used for the free shipping. In one order five books was so damaged I returned them (proof of shipping, weight and cost were provided with delivery conformation.) I was only credited for one book.
Buying books for classes, most were available, and affordable!

It's really difficult to pay more for shipping that for the books! Especially when I ordered all three books from the same location. I thought there was a consolidation discount, disappointed by that.
