Changing the billing address is not easy. The message you get when a card doesn't go through doesn't tell you WHY. Then you have to re-enter all the information again.

Straightforward search, found what I was looking for, though the image on the item was for the DVD version and the item is Blu-Ray version.
My order was slow in arriving. I checked the tracking information and it said delivered to a US address, but I'm in Canada. I asked about it, and was told it was your US processing centre and all was good. Almost two months later and it didn't arrive, I inquired again, and you agreed it was lost. Bizarrely this is actually the third time I have tried to order this book, and all from different suppliers; once it got damaged before shipping, and now twice it has been lost in shipping!
I'm trying one last time, but as you can probably understand, this has been very frustrating.
Shipping rates were not clear and changed as order progressed.

I almost always find what I am looking for on this site. I used to browse bookstores in my travels, but, with Alibris, can spare the travel expense and time, and have access to bookstores all over for titles of interest. 5 stars.
