My order was slow in arriving. I checked the tracking information and it said delivered to a US address, but I'm in Canada. I asked about it, and was told it was your US processing centre and all was good. Almost two months later and it didn't arrive, I inquired again, and you agreed it was lost. Bizarrely this is actually the third time I have tried to order this book, and all from different suppliers; once it got damaged before shipping, and now twice it has been lost in shipping!
I'm trying one last time, but as you can probably understand, this has been very frustrating.
