Honestly, that's the most annoying part. Why can't I just rate this five stars and move on with my life? Everything was fine with the order. No complaints. But coercing a review out of someone is unlikely to yield good results.

When I heard of the cookbook, I knew I wanted it, but didn't want to pay the full price. Alibis is trustworthy, especially in rating quality of used titles. Found several and picked one that was delivered as good as new.

I bought 2 used books which said "good condition" They were in great condition. It takes a little longer than an amazon delivery, but well worth it. Great prices and as a community we need to reuse more often!

Alibris always has the best books and several purchase options. Sometimes I go for the good first editions and some time I go for the less expensive. I have never received a book that did not exceed my expectations for quality.

I ordered a book. It arrived promptly… well before I expected it. I was asked if I had received the book, but I buy so many books, i didn't know which book. They immediately sent the title so I could reply. Fast and thorough service is important to run a successful business.

You always have the hard to find books that I need! I looked at other online stores and could only find the book New- here, I found it affordable considering the many books I need to write this dissertation!

Sellers responded quickly and shipped the books promptly. The books were in the condition described on the title page, no discrepancies. All in all, great service that I expect and depend on from Alibris and its suppliers. Thank you

One company said the workbook was cancelled so I quickly ordered another one. I ended up getting a workbook from both companies and charged for both. I will pass it along. It was very confusing from one minute to the next.

It was the first time I ordered a book from Alibris. The order of the book was so easy on the website.
The assistance from your customer service was good (especially contacting me to know whether I had received the book or not).
However, the time it took to receive the book was really very long (sent on Feb.5 and received just today March 3rd).
Anyway I am happy with the book ordered.
A comment: when I ordered the book, I discovered that a second book was also sold thru Alibris which I contacted immediately; unfortunately my order could not be modified and no additional book added, a real pity.

The title speaks for itself. I always find the book I need and usually some others. The price is right and shipping is usually pretty fast. I've used Alibris many times and plan on using it many times in the future

Another line of star appears asking how satisfied I am with the delivery time. I am still good but a little wary of continuing popups.

I ordered an academic book through Alibris. The price was reasonable, delivery was prompt, and the quality of the book was as expected. In that regard, it was a pleasant and helpful experience.

Sadly, Alibris is like many other online retailers today - they nag repeatedly for reviews. Under the guise of confirming the receipt of my order, they sent multiple emails that require a review in order to confirm receipt of the order. So, here's the overall review: Alibris is a decent source of books, but only if you don't mind being nagged repeatedly until you leave them a review.

I got the book I wanted at a lower price than on retail websites. Alibris typically has the books I want and need of quality value and at a lower price than their competitors. I appreciate the transparent scale of "best" - "poor" to rate the quality of the product. It's been accurate every time I've ordered.

Book was in excellent condition, packaged in a sturdy sealed cardboard packet. Shipping was by USPS Media Mail, so it isn't fast but it's cheap. Very easy web checkout. I've ordered from Alibris many times, always excellent!

I had ordered a book and paid for it but apparently the book was unavailable by the time I placed my order. Alibris immediately sent me a message informing me as such and had already placed another copy in my cart for my approval and also refunded me for the first book. I love the efficiency!

I tried to just sign in as a guest but had to change emails 3 times. Please just let someone buy their books and go. How can I expedite shipping. One book is for a birthday on March 13th. That's 6 days away. The book is on Society justice and shipping costs as much as the book. Any chance of it getting here by March 12th?

I did not receive an email confirmation at the time of my order. I sent a message requesting an email confirmation of my order, but never heard back. My order did arrive in a timely fashion. The jewel case of one CD was significantly cracked on front and back..
