My first card with you bounced as you had Barnet as my payment address when it should have been Brent.
Maybe computer system changed since I last ordered, but I had great difficulty logging in, with my password not accepted.
Your order system is not working. I kept having to enter my card details time and time again. That is twice today it has played up.
It was unclear why an item shipped from the US to a US address should incur international shipping charges. I tried re-entering the shipping address many times to see if the shipping cost would be updated to a US internal postage. Nothing changed from the ¢11.99 shipping charge, so I had to change the source country of the book to the UK find a cheaper copy. This means it might take a great deal longer to arrive. I am disappointed in the experience which was extremely opaque, and the item may now not arrive in time for Christmas
The shipping costs were increased several times during the process. I ended up paying 3€ more than the first page let me believe.
So far so good but need to see when the book arrives. Only 3 stars as better payment options would be welcomed
Alibris is an excellent site for finding titles it is difficult to find elsewhere and reasonable delivery costs
First time of using. Was recommended by a friend. Had what I was looking for.
The book is being shipped by a seller in the US, to me, a buyer in the US, yet I am being charged for "international shipping". Selling from state to state within the US is not "international", it's "intranational" and should not be charged extra. I won't forget that.
