I would like always to have a picture of the actual book, especially with hardcovers, or - if that is too much to ask for - to have, in the description, specifially mentioned the dust jacket. Most times, it is not noted when it is missing or in bad shape.
I like Alibris a lot but shipping for books is very expensive on your site. Also, for hardcovers, it should ALWAYS be specifically noted whether the dust jacket is included or not.

So far so good, although I haven't received my product yet! Alibris is an easy site to navigate and I found what I wanted without any problems. However, it appears slightly dated in interface design, which made me slightly wonder how secure it was. I then landed on the payment page, which also didn't install me with secure confidence. However, fingers crossed everything will be OK. But that's my feedback.:-)
