I recently ordered from Alibaba from this supplier.
Shijiazhuang Taige Import And Export Trading Co., Ltd.
I had some shirts made with my own custom designs. When I received the items, one of the boxes was torn at the side. Overtime I found out and realised from my customer's complaints saying that the shirts had some yellow (rust like) stains on the shirts.
I brought this up with the supplier and they said they would compensate me on my next order by lowering the prices. The new prices they gave me was still higher than other quotes I received for my 2nd order from other suppliers and they weren't lowering it at all.
The only way they were going to compensate me was if I placed an order with them. Why would anyone in their right mind order from someone that has left a bad first impression and infact also ruined your reputation as a company.
Samples are also really expensive so just be prepared to blow quite abit of money before even getting started.
Great experience working with Alibaba and will look forward to doing more business in the near future.
