Honestly, it's super easy to use they have great suppliers and their website has a variety of options I like that you have the option to directly speak to the seller on the website cause it makes it so much easier to make sure you're on the same page.

Bad experience with a lot of suppliers on this app they don't communicate effectively hard time getting a refund tracking number and carrier they ignore messages pricing on shipping way to expensive

Purchased 240 coasters on Alibaba. Only 127 arrived. They were poorly printed with blotches in the print. Many of them were broken. Of the 127 that arrived, only 27 were usable. I asked for a refund. The seller offered a minimal refund. I escalated to trade assurance. I supplied numerous pictures, numerous "uploads". Seller responded in Chinese only. I requested interpretation but request was ignored. Alibaba responded once stating I had not given them specific numbers. I referred them to several previous entries. They then denied my claim stating I did not give them a video. Apparently 51 pictures I had sent (literally) was not sufficient. My claim was denied. Because I had not agreed to the refund on only 5 items, they gave me no refund. My requests for English interpretation of the seller's entries were ignored. My request for a PI was ignored. It was very apparent that Alibaba and Trade Assurance was there to support the seller, not the buyer.

I was very impressed how simple it was to buy from Alibaba. The site is as easy to use as Amazon, Ebay etc. The language difference caused no problems at all. The supplier was very helpful and Professional. Payment through Alipay was very simple. I will definitely use Alibaba in the future. Thank You.

I used to love AliExpress until I did order two crowns from store Forseven. They shipped just one of two crowns, and sent me report that "the order completed"... I was in shock when opened the package and did not find my full order; it was just one crown inside but the seller claimed the order has been completed. I messaged them: where is the other crown?! Only after my question the store wrote to me, "it was a New Year Holiday and the item was out of stock.". How to connect these two reasons? Why was NOT I notified that the item was out of stock? Why it took too much time to explain? I felt terrible like I am lying and just trying to steal their stuff! My wish is this store going bankrupt. My order was **************. I hate liars and negligence. That store is shook my trust in AliExpress from which I ordered a lot of products.

I received excellent service and professionalism. The supplier I worked with did everything he could to make my experience positive and fulfilling. Five stars and beyond!

I continue to look for great value and quality with great service among the part distributors. I have been very pleased with the Alibaba website because it gave me Great resources to find qualified manufacturers of electronic components, and the service among these people are very very good. Have made schedules where Mouser, Digikey and other distributors did not have components in time. I will continue to order key components in mass from Alibaba distributors.
