I'm a big fan of Alibaba. For getting products at cheap rate and high quality products, Alibaba would top the list. Always had very good experience.

The thing that I feel Alibaba should improve on is the price advertised which is usually found to be different after you get interested in the item and now you want to inquire just to be given a much higher price with very big gap beyond the price range showing on the advert. The second issue I have seen is the minimum order quantity, advert can be showing the range of MOQ as starting with 1 item, but when you try to make a purchase the seller tells you that they don't sell 1 item, then just stop advertising that MOQ is 1 when you can't sell one item.

This supplier is very trustable. They are the best. My products are shipped very fast and very SECURE. THANK TO THIS SUPPLIER AND HER ENTIRE STAFF FOR HELPING ME START MY BEAUTY LINE because i did not know anything about beauty product but she/he always guides me and willing to explain products details and clarifying questions i will ask. So not trust worthy! All the sellers are putting fake prices on products and then when you write them to buy a big qty they double the price listed! Such a waste of time, I don't recommend!

Very happy with service and quality. Slight delay in shipping but this was due to Chinese New Year and also Covid problems, so fully understandable.

Stay away from Alibaba they have sellers who are big scammers and. I bought two products from the same seller almost 9 months ago, one I never received and I sent Alibaba customer service the tracking number that shows that the product was never delivered to me and they asked me for more proof. If someone buys something through a platform, it is to have some security. The second product is a product with limitations to be resold because it has patent problems it cannot be resold so now I have almost 300 products in my possession that I will never be able to sell I was scammed by the seller and by Alibaba

The design of the site is complicated and unclear, it makes the shopping experience very unpleasant.

I placed an order and got a lot of contacts. The supplier I have chose was very professional and I ordered a sample which was very good. I am very glad until by having chose Alibaba.

I ordered items from different sellers, but more often than not (in two cases out of three) the sellers contacted me after the purchase and asked me to apply for a refund, with the reason that I no longer need the product.
Their explanation to this are vary, sometimes they say the product is out of stock, or the selected shipping method is not available, only the one takes long time, but it seems that it a common practice for them to ask the buyers to cancel their orders after the purchase had been done and the payment completed.
I do not know the reason why they do this, but I no longer trust any of the Alibaba sellers.
They might be phising for banking details, or simply offer items for such a low price that they do not want to sell and they might have the same item for higher price that they hope you buy anyway. Who knows, but they are suspicious.

Very helpful staff, very good communication so there could be no confusion with the product purchased. I required UPS shipping service to Spain which was 2 weeks time - very fast. I will certainly order more items from this seller when I require them.

1. These are not working lighters.
2. They look nothing like the picture, they look like they were painted (over painted) with cheap spray paint.

This seller knows how to communicate with buyers as myself she even has a sense of humor as well and is well engaged with your concerns as well as any questions or concerns. I am actually ordering from her again awaiting my second order! She updates you if there is a problem and assure you that your package is coming My sample arrived earlier than what I expected. As a New Business Owner this is the kind of asset I will appreciate from a supplier.
