I really appreciate the good products, customer services the friendly experience that the seller have shown

I ordered and paid for metal farm house 16 oz cans! I paid through pay pal. I never received my cans. Pay pal told me to give them more time to spend. Rizvan Ali was my person that I spoke with via messages prior to payment and pay pal was through his name. They will not even try to give me my money back. And they have wiped the invoices clean! I do have a screen shot but it is an impossible feat! Beware they won't even answer now!

Alibaba trading assurance always rules in favor of the Chinese sellers. I got screwed in two separate purchases,
On the first one. I bought an encruster machine for $6700, which didn't worked from day one. But they make you provide evidence, asks for documentation that is almost impossible to acquire. Even if you provide all,, Trade assurance will find a way not to reimburse or refund your hard earned money. The dirty and money hungry sellers always gets the last laugh. Buyers are not protected. Shame on you alibaba.com.
Second one, I bought a machine almost 4 months ago. Albabia trade assurance is saying, if you don't receive after 3 months, you can ask for refund. I still don't have it. Seller provided false tracking info. When the tracking showed that I was supposed to have it already, seller said, their worker left the company, they have other date, in other 2 weeks. When I contact Albiba, they automatically denied it, just saying be patient

Alibaba is fine I guess (you can find some weird stuff on there but that can be hilariously stupid stuff)

Good quality products, very nice fast and good service, my opinion is great company with very different good quality products!

Is wel jammer dat de leveringen soms maanden onderweg zijn. De leveranciers reageren meestal op uw reactie en volgen ook alles op. Het is fijn om producten aan te kopen maar toch opletten want sommigen verkopen veel duurder dan een ander.

Be ware big ticket item buyers in Canada. The Alibaba doesn't take any responsibility for any issue more they have too much influence on the suppliers on its platform. I dealt with one company named Foshan Honggang furniture company (representative Angela Lee) and even after paying hefty transportation and shipping cost, the item has not arrived even after 140 days. Last year I placed order for some medical supplies and those products were so poorly manufactured that most of the patients got reaction and we were in difficult situation. The suppliers on Alibaba charge exorbitant price for the items and if someone bargain, then they decrease the price. The suppliers have their own choice of forwarder and shippers and they charge different by different supplier.

I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE NUMBERS FOR MY BALANCE SHEET. HOW CAN I IF I DONT HAVE A NUMBER FOR THE ITEM. IT WOULD MAKE BY BUSINESS EASY.

I had a seller cheat me by sending a fake item to the US by air and the real goods by sea. Because of this I lost trade assurance. I got the goods by sea they were counterfeit and infringed on another patent. No one from alibaba would help me. Said it was my failt. They always side with sellers. Its best not to buy from alibaba.
