Great site. Just as long as you utilize their "Trade Assurance" policy unless you truly know the supplier, please! Please! Please never, ever send money to suppliers you have no experience with because you may be subject to losing all of your money. Stick to "Trade Assurance" Policy.

I dealt with Nicole C. At Weihai Modi Trading Co Ltd, whom I found to be very helpful and efficient from start to finish. I forgot about the timescale between the UK and China. Being 8 hours ahead of the UK did not deter Nicole from dealing with me by email or by telephone.

Order went past 7 day window. Alibaba told me to contact seller and resolve the problem. Alibaba does not get involved with the seller
