We have been doing some business with Alibaba for about 18 months. We have picked up that pace in the last 4 months. I have to say we are very pleased with how it has gone.
Alibaba has things well organized. It is easy to find suppliers, place orders, arrange payment and receive orders. It is a pleasure to work with and through Alibaba.

I highly recommend using Alibaba to order supplies if you are a jewelry designer. Be sure to place your order only as a Trade Assurance order so that you are guaranteed that your order is correct and arrives on time. The suppliers on Alibaba who use Trade Assurance are excellent.

Communication with some suppliers can be a bit tough, just avoid them. Also the websites navigation is somewhat outdated and tedious, but you do what you have to do! Overall, I recommend it to people all the time!

You hear some warnings about doing business with Alibaba, and I still think that isn't easy to do deals on it, but the true was that once I did the buy, it was delivered faster than expected. I Received 3 damaged boxes of 63 in total, the product was in good condition, but the damaged boxes don't let me to sale it. I hope keep learning about doing business with Alibaba.com and I hope we could do it with the USA restrictions
