I have contacted a supplier on Alibaba about some products. Asked which shipping agent they use, as the price is fairly high. Supplier replied, "express" I placed the order and paid on the 8th of May. The order got send in time, but with the post, NL Express! It is now already more than 60 days later. I paid US$ 94.00 Shipping, the same as is charged for Fedex Express by which it would have arrived within 15 days. When I opened a dispute, there is no proper communication from Alibaba, only computer generated answers. The dispute is already in process now for 18 days where in the information it stated 3 days...
After 78 days, no product, nor refund, no clarity. This is the worst experience ever. I'd rather use any other trading platform then the "trusted" Alibaba ever again.

Seller is very prompt on responding and delivery. Items is exact as described.
Will definitely purchase with them again!

Last year during the Covid19 supply chain issues, I couldn't get ink for my printers. When I found Alibaba, I was able to source several suppliers easily and have made many more contacts and orders there.

The site is large, but with a little practice I was able to navigate without any issues... except one. I eventually had too many responses to my ink inquiry and had to stop at the first four suppliers. This is a problem I would never have had locally and am glad to have made so many contacts!

I could go on for ever with all positive comments, with that being said it gets no better than " THE BABA "

DO NOT! AND NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ALIBABA.COM ESPECIALLY MACHINES. I PURCHASED AN ICE CREAM MACHINE FROM THIS LOW-CLASS COMPANY CALLED ZHENGZHOU REALLY LMP.& EXP.CO.LTD. WHEN I RECEIVED THE MACHINE IT WAS NOT WORKING, I CONTACTED THE SALES AND THEY TOLD ME ALL KINDS OF WRONG INFORMATION, I SENT THEM VIDEOS AND ALL THAT TO ONLY GOT IGNORED. NOW I CAN'T EVEN RETURN THE MACHINE BE COURSE ITS AFTER 3 MONTHS WHICH IT TOOK ALMOST 4 MONTHS TO DELIVER! DO NOT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Products are quality and nice. However, the packing could have been more robust as a couple were bent in transit. I only lost a few of the candle tins, but thought that there could have been more bubble wrap instead of thin layers or plastic foam sheeting. The candle accessories were laser etched nice with my branded font. Some of the boxes had bends in them upon arrival though. I had no problems with communications with this company.

The Forwarder gave me wrong dimensions and Weight of my cartons, One of the carton is only 0.6 kg while they charged me 11 Kg.They did it by purpose to charge me more money otherwise this carton is not needed at all.there were only 4 small items in this small carton which could be placed in the big carton without any issue.They mislead me by not showing the actual carton and just dispatched it and sent me the above picture in which it is mentioned that the carton is 11kg while it is only 0.6 Kg. Also they removed plastic wrapping from one of my product as you can see in the attached screen shot, I told them not to open the product packing.While they are lying that I told them not to open the Carton.

I have been restocking my business for a relaunch following the Covid catastrophe. I found Alibaba through a google search and decided to give it a go. It was a bit confusing for me at first because I was given so many vendors to choose from that could custom make my product. I finally selected a vendor to work with, and all I can say is the service he provides is excellent. I am beyond happy with the way business has been conducted from start to finish.
