During 2 of my our transactions this past few months we ran into 2 different problems. The staff at Alibaba was very helpful in directing us where and how to try and resolve these issues. Both were resolved with all parties being satisfied.

I have found a good supplier from Alibaba, it gives me a lot of choice between the same product, all the supplier is response very fast. It is only very less among them are give a slow response. But overall still consider very good.

Easy and quick to order. Most vendors are okay. Some have bad products so if you're in doubt, don't order.

All products were excellent, everything came exactly as the picture but the services is regular. They didn't ship on time and that affect my company and when I start reading the contract I notice that nothing makes Alibaba refund your money in a pretty soon time and for me that was really bad.
