I downloaded the app. Registered, ordered, went to pay. They would not accept payment. I tried 3 different cards. I spent a good two hours trying to clear this mess up. Wasn't going to happen. Now I have to check the security on my cards as I don't know if this company is playing straight. I have cancelled my order and have gone elsewhere..

The fees alibaba are making it difficult to do business. For both wholesalers and purchasers. When dealing with RFQ portion you get spammed by vendors who do not read the requirements of the RFQ and would sell you your mother for the right price.
I've ordered a few things from Alibaba and had a great experience each time. Wonderful customer service and very fast manufacturing time.
