A great gathering of many manufacturers to work with. I use Trade Assurance and I don't release the funds until I receive and inspect the product. I've never had a problem that would have caused me to hold the funds so I can't say I've ever "tested" Trade Assurance. I have been buying from Alibaba manufacturers for years and I've never had a problem. I will say the smaller the manufacturer the longer it seems to take to get the product through customs process. Could be a coincidence.
