First time I when on got quotes from gold seller I didn't know about the trade assurance I paid to sellers account an then he told me I need to buy more products or he not shipping the products I'd paid in full for or refund me. I was told to file offline case I did five times an alibabs kept saying they never got it I spent hours trying to get help to recover my money but alibaba just wasted my time. I was left totally disgusted an my money stolen
