Lily was very helpful with answering questions about the product options and in placing the order. The items were manufactured in about 13 days (Lily estimated it would take over 2 weeks) and then were shipped from China to US in just 2 days! They arrived packaged safely and the purse hangers were well made and looked great with vivid graphics and a nice finish. This is exactly what I wanted. I have been extremely reluctant to deal with overseas manufacturers in the past but I will work with this company again when I need this type of promotional item. Great job!

Since first use this machine has given varying weight output of my product.
In the process of filling my product and whilst talking online with the supplier agent, wires in the machine began to smell very badly...from previous electronics experience this indicates something is overheating and burning out. Although I have chosen not to dismantle the machine I suspect that the motor could be burning out.
To my requests for assistance the supplier assistant will not reply.
My request for a full refund by the supplier has been refused, so I have approached Paypal to their assistance..

From communication with the trader to payment, everything went smoothly.

Although I didn't use it, the Trade assurance service provides peace of mind
(though I just read others complaining that they only side with the seller!).

Whilst I was unsatisfied with the product I bought, I was satisfied with Alibaba's facilitation of the the transaction.

However, as other reviewers suggest, you may want to think twice about purchasing goods from China. There are so many companies selling the same thing, it is impossible to decide which, if any, are any good.
My experience: Good service does not equal good quality.
I will likely not be using Alibaba again or purchasing goods directly from China ever again as it is better to pay much more and get goods locally, even if they are made in China (which unfortunately almost everything seems to be these days). At least the quality will likely be much better as that company would have done the work of choosing a reliable Chinese partner.

Alibaba gives opportunity to communicate, bargain and compare prices products without meeting supplies face-to-face. That saves lot of time money. In that way it is easier for small companies and startups to deal with giants thousands of kilometers away.

This has been going on for almost 3 months now. This company sent me the wrong product and in trying to correct it, I have yet to speak to a real person. They insist on just dealing through email and mostly just try to convince me to accept a generous discount of only a very partial fraction of the cost, instead of them just taking back the product. Then when they finally gave me an address to send the product, it is written so incorrect that I have spent another 2 days just trying to figure out where the heck this place might be... Stay very clear of this seller! Do not get sucked in by low prices! They are $#*! all around, service, product, customer service, etc. etc.

I got lots of quotes on alibaba for some silk scarves from my original artwork and knew straight away which seller to use. So simple and easy and with trade assurance from China I always feels relaxed about placing an order. This time I decided to get samples first which is very straightforward and the quality was superb, lovely and vibrant so I shall be placing a larger order in the next week
