We have been gold members for 4 years, and have achieved excellent results... but we did have to sift through a lot of rubbish to find the good ones, but the search was worth it.
I don't think they can be fully responsible for all the scammers that use these kind of portals, you must do your own diligence!

Good company, willing to sell smaller amounts of their products, which is great for the, person who is the consumer and not a, on seller. Sometimes it is hard to communicate what you want, that's just a language thing, My purchase went well, AAA+++.

The air conditioner condenser is absolute top quality. I am very satisfied.
But I'm not so satisfied with the shoddy service of FedEx. They delivered too late, their tracking system is a chaos, they delivered without informing me. And, to add insult on injury, one week later they came with an extra invoice of 24 EUR! FedEx: never again.

The interface is tricky to navigate, but there are enough filters to help you narrow down the choices. I was able to canvas prices and get what needed my needs and budget. I'd recommend Alibaba if you can't find local suppliers in your area.

I have had great Suppliers and they have handled all my orders professionally without any issues
I would recommend buyers like me to create a good communication ground with suppliers before ordering products, once that friendship is established, you won't have issues while transacting

Going through Alibaba's site looking for supplies and products has been somewhat exciting. I was able to review a companies success, where they sell, how many employees they have and how long they have been in business, etc. Everything you need to search with is set up by Alibaba for you. That really helps otherwise it could get confusing.

Please don't use Alibaba if you don't want to loose money as I did. There tra assurance is BS and they do nothing to help and good luck trying to get a hold of someone. I am currently out over $18,000 with this transaction.

Alibaba is hands down one of the most awesome website to find suppliers for products. One of the main reason I use there website is because they provide Trade Assurance which protects both buyer and seller. I've never had an issue processing a payment thru there website but be warned the fees for credit card transactions are pretty high.

We purchased three specialist air quality meters each customized for checking four different chemicals in smoke. Quality excellent and so was the Alibaba follow through with security as the order was several thousand dollars.
