Unfortunately my 2002 Lincoln LSE was damaged. The front bumper cover has been badly cracked. Whoever did it tried to cover it up by applying some type of black paste over most of the damage. The cover will need to be replaced. Also, the transport driver told and a witness that he picked up the vehicle in Seattle. That didn't make sense since the paper work stated Tacoma. Sorry but wasn't expecting to get a damage vehicle.
Outstanding service
The only complaint I have is that the cost to transport my vehicle increased after I had already received a price. This was because my vehicle was not along one of the freeways. I could have understood that except I clearly told Alaska Car transport the location of my vehicle prior to receiving a cost.
Misunderstood how long it would take to deliver my truck to Seattle. Thought I would have it in 5 days but it took 9.
Zack has been awesome, He has answered all of my silly questions. This is my first time shipping my vehicle. He has returned my calls, answered my questions and has reassured me that everything will be ok Prior to my car being shipped. It wasn't until after the car was dropped of a week in advance did the LACK of communication start. My car missed the first original ship date and NO ONE called to inform me of this. Then I was told I would receive an email regarding the new arrival information THAT DIDN'T Happen. Then when I called about that was told that I would receive it shortly, DIDN'T Happen. I had to call and be firm (which I shouldn't have had to do) demanded that I know where my car was and the date of arrival. The Car company that delivered it was called the night before delivery didn't have my second delivery address and then was late delivering it. They were at home depot when I called and asked when their ETA was. I feel that I gave you my car and I should be kept up to date as to where its at and if its going to be late or missed the shipping date I should have received a call and kept informed. I am still making payments on the car.
