I placed my order in September for a basic 12X31X10 no sides or back. Was told 90 to 120 days for delivery. I called them in early December just to see how things were going I was told 5-6 months was the time expectations on delivery. I needed to talk to the person in charge of my area of Alabama to see if there was enough orders that it would ship any sooner, I called 4 times on different days sat on hold over 5-20 minutes each time then disconnected never talked to the person I needed to speak with each time the person who answered the phone used the (getting old) Corona virus excuse for delays. I hope one day to receive my order.
Alan's Outlet Factory is very easy to work with and readily accepts modifications prior to manufacturing merchandise.
Carports are not custom can't put it in a driveway beside a house because the worker need 3ft of space stupid all they have to do is work from the inside out beware.
I like the appearance and quality of the 18 x 36 x 12 RV carport that I ordered through Alan's. They were easy to deal with and kept me apprised of the status of my order. The installation crew from Carolina Carports was very efficient, done in 4.5 hrs., and did not leave any mess that I needed to cleanup. Many thanks to Alan's and Carolina Carports.

I cannot give Alansfactoryoutlet positive feed back as they are dealers for Carolina Carports who after 4 months from my original order, I still do NOT have a completed garage installed. Very POOR customer Service.
The carport looks great and the two installers did a nice job. It did take about 75 days from when I ordered. That's about 2 weeks longer than the 60 day average they mentioned. But really was not a problem.

I love my new building but took a little too long for it to be delivered and built.
Installation team was very knowledgeable and efficient. It took them only 2 hours and 45 minutes to erect and secure my building.

There was a damage done to the entrance door on installation. Other than the entrance door the Garage is great.
Very sturdy frame, attractive skin, mounting to ground seems secure. It provides everything I wanted to shelter my 23' RV and a utility trailer. I find the structure easy to work with. For example I installed my own electric outlets and ceiling lights and I added pulleys to the ceiling so I can hang my canoes and kayaks out of the way.
Looks very attractive - I was afraid the neighbors might complain because of the size, but they liked the looks.
Installers were fairly professional, but let some details slide - they could have done better, but nothing serious.
My only complaint (other than waiting longer than I would have liked) is that the company doesn't offer gutters as a option. This roof sheds a lot of water and it comes under the wall and up through the gravel. But there is no good place to mount gutters to because the facia is just sheet metal with very sparse backing. But I am going to try to rig something up this weekend.
We enjoyed being able to build our building the way we wanted. Liked knowing how much it was going to cost, no hidden fees. We liked that we could build this in the privacy of our home. It was delivered in the time that they allowed for delivery. Our overall experience was great.
