Airy Cloth

I ordered 3 dresses on Sunday 14th August, i haven't received a email acknowledging my order no order number nothing I've just checked my bank account and guess what £50.00 as been taken out of my bank
I know this is not a review but I cannot find a telephone number or email address on any site's. Could someone please tell me what's going on thank you.

Took over 3 weeks to get the order. I ordered many tops for summer. I have never seen such poorly made clothing in my life. All the shirts are made of some type of silky fabric. The buttons are the cheapest buttons I've ever seen. 2 of the tops I bought, snagged the 1st time I wore them. Even the t-shirt I bought is made of same tacky material. They look nothing like they do in advertisements.

The item I ordered was never shipped. The money for it was removed from my account. At first the site kept moving the shipment date. If the shipment was late I could get a coupon. When after I contacted them concerning the item, my account was blocked. I can only surmise this is a scam site.

My order was late getting to me. I paid alot for the clothes an shoes I ordered. I was so shocked when I saw the clothes and shoes. They look nothing like what I ordered I ordered by the size chart way to large are way to small. Very disappointed! The material is cheap knit polyester material. The shoes are cheaply made and to small. Would send them back but I hear it is a hassle and alot of red tape to go through. Never order from Airdress again.

I received a order a few weeks ago and was not happy with it as nothing like it looked on website and not true to size. I Did write a review but can not find it to update. I was contacted by Airycloth customer service and have received a refund. Good service I would say order 1 0r 2 sizes bigger than you would normally order as sizes are small I have had a few other items all delivered in good time but small as I am dieting at moment have kept in hope They will fit soon

I am Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Items are poorly made of cheap polyester. It took one month to get my items and they raised my carbon footprint. I am only buying local now. What a rip off.

I ordered dresses from this company. The quality was horrible. Very poor workmanship. It was so bad I wouldn't even donate them. I returned the items. MONTHS went by and they would not refund. They kept telling me to be patient. I still do not have my refund.'=
AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered two items that were nowhere near the size stated, I returned them, even have a postal delivery receipt, and have never received a refund from them. DO NOT ORDER from this company! If I could have given them a overall rating of 0 I would have!

Don't EVER buy from these fraudsters - the clothes are nothing but cheap imitations of what look like lovely clothes. Colours are nowhere near what they should be, the fabric is cheap and nasty! And besides, the clothes that are depicted are THE EXACT SAME PHOTOS AS ON THE FLORYDAY WEBSITE. In my opinion, the high-quality plastic zip bag is worth more than the clothes.

They offered free exchange on 1st order but isn't true I ordered 18 items and I need it to exchange 5 of them and they refused to send me an exchange they were lying telling me that size /items wasn't available I copy and paste the items requested and send it to them but they ignored me and give me a refund saying I can be place the order again?

I have ordered from all the various web site stores that your reviewers are commenting on. A lot of the items where pretty much as described, but yes they use cheap, cheap Chinese silky material. The material does wash well ( I don't use a dryer for any of my t shirts expensive or cheap), the sizes vary, printing is chancy, some of my t shirts where sent looking unfinished ( the sleeves and bottom edges had no hemming). One of the shift dresses I received was two pieces of cloth stitched together, if I was in prison the scrubs type of dress would be better. I have given up odering clothing from two of these sites because they don't come or are the wrong size. Then I can go on about the bait and switch pricing I have encountered. I can say that when I needed to solve a problem I have never had a problem getting a full credit or store cash to resolve the issue. My neighborhood thrift store has a number of things I have ordered. My opinion is that you take a chance on anything you buy that you can't try on or put your hands on to see the quality. I'm in line with the rest of you. I order on line and take my chances.

This is nothing like I ordered. I ordered pink & got this ugly orange with nothing but cut uneven mesh on it. I am disputing this with my cc company. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. OVER 40.00 DOLLARS. ROBBERIE!

Bad company don't buy anything from them and never pay with ideal they don't give you're money back, pictures don't look like the product don't let them fool you
