I'm not hard to please at all and despite all the negative reviews, I thought I would give them a whirl for their discounted prices. Big mistake.

I ordered a 300 dollar gun and received something completely different valued at less than what I paid for. The only option I had was to send it back "in perfect restockable condition or else we will not accept it" and wait for a refund. Not happening.

I asked for a partial refund for the difference in what I over paid. I'm sure that will take another year to square away.

Do NOT buy from AirRattle.

We purchased the 160 dollar rifle for Christmas 2015 and it wouldn't work. We looked at it and realized they didn't use the right sized screws when putting this together and so the barrel moved back and forth making it impossible for the pellets to fire. We called first -they said fix it yourself. We told them that we wanted our money back. They said no prob - send it back. We sent it back and they said too bad - that since the pellets were jammed it voided the warranty! Are they kidding? I've tried to call six times - each time was told someone would call me back. I have not received one phone call. This is the most dishonest company on the market.

Bought a WWII remake M4A1 for my brother cause his broke. And when we got done charging and took it out and shot it the firing mech. Shattered! I found another site that is legit if you are looking for another site. www.airsoftstation.com they ship in like 2 days at the cheapist shipping and they're both cheap and expensive depending on what you buy.
I know i sound like someone from their company but i'm not just an unsatisfied customer that is trying to help other unsatisfied customers

Was going to buy my little brother 2 m4s then i read the $#*! reviews
I placed my order on the 24th of dec, finally cancelled it on the 28th( they said id get refunded in 3 to 5 business days) and today. I check my bank statement only to be charged 171 bucks again and my account has been overdrafted making me lose over 160 bucks in my savings... not to mention i had to call 10 $#*!ing times in a row just to get some $#*! voiced thief on the phone... Might just go to ohio myself and get my $#*!ing money back in person. $#*!ing pissed

This occured over a year ago. My dad had bought a full metal aeg m4 off of their website. He fired the first shot and a metal piece in the gun was jammed and the gun had come with a waranty. He sent it back and airrattle "fixed it" and sent it back. Except they forgot to send the magazine with the gun. After shooting it with one of my other mags the metal peice jammed again. He sent it back and they finally fixed it. He had also purchased a couple upgrades on the gun that turned out pretty good.

Yes it has been over a year and I am sure AirRattle has changed. I personally just did not have a good experience in AirRattle and that experience has kept me from buying from them. I imagine that a good amount of people have had good experience but I did not.

Absolutely the worst company ever. My son saved a very long time to purchase a rifle. We ordered it and it came relatively quickly. One of the wire connectors snapped immediately and a battery connector arrived loose rendering the gun useless. There was also an item listed in the instructions missing. I contacted "customer service" (at a gmail address) about returning the item. I received the same rude, poorly written response indicated in all the other reviews. The e-mail stated the problems were due to my "accident." Fortunately, I was able to fix the rifle myself, but I will never do business with this company again.

Ordered an airsoft rifle for my grandson on 10/1/13. When the "fast shipping" (sic)advertised on their website did not materialize, we attempted to call the "customer service" line. (Incidentally, NO ONE has ever answered this line for us! - EVER) Received message that all representatives were busy and to leave order & phone info and they would call us. When no one ever called back, sent an email. Finally received a "form" email that nothing had been shipped from our order and they sometimes were overwhelmed by response to an item, etc.
Three more weeks have gone by without any further update or contact from them despite multiple calls and emails to them.
I wish I had researched them before placing an order with them. I guess it could have been worse - we could have received a defective product from them that they would not stand behind.
These folks have the worst customer service I have experienced in years. Stay far away unless you just need extra headaches in your life.

Purchased 2 rifles
December 20, 2011

Purchased 2 rifles. They were running a special of a free pistol with each purchase. However, without warning only sent one pistol claiming each rifle had to be purchased separately (even though it went through on their system and I even received a confirming email). I offered to pay the difference in any money they would have gotten had i submitted two separate orders but they refused. Now somebody is short a Christmas gift. How weak are they.

This website is not even worthy of a one star, but had to choose something to get started. Gun came broken, sent an email within the 14 day return policy window. Two other emails have been sent, along with numerous phone calls. Gary and Kevin said they didn't receive any email from me, but to send another and they would respond. "NOT" This place is a joke. Now when I call the mailbox is full. Must be from all their other disappointed customers. It is amazing that their website is full of testimonies that don't stack up to what I have had to deal with, let alone the broken guns they sell. BUYER BEWARE!

I order a kwa sr10 and received a kwa m4-ris witch it is cheaper left like 5 voicemail and a few email couple of days later i received an email asking me for the pictures of the rifle i got i send it and they reply back that i got the correct one.! Stay away from these people or they will ripped u off!

Bought an AEG, broke first day, tried to contact "support" -- what a joke. Dealing with Aaron Morgan, the "owner" and sole "support agent" is a complete waste of time. He is rude and basically does a 180 once you make the purchase. Had to call Amex to dispute charges to get our money back (after sending back product with our own money, of course).

The quintessential example of horrendous customer service. Stay away at all costs!

I would not even give this site one star. They will rip you off. My 13 year old son ordered an air-soft gun, with his money he got from his birthday, and the gun came broken. We contacted the company and they said they could not replace it because there guns are sold "as is." What they should say is their guns are sold broken! No where on the site did it say that this gun was a previously owned gun

We dealt with this absolutely, unprofessional company last year. Well, i should say my son did. He ordered the gun, and got his shipping #, paid on credit card, and got nothing. When he contacted them they said it was cancelled because we live in canada. My son responded" oh, that's kinda gay, why is that.?" His response from them was shocking and rude! He wrote back and they called him names, made fun of the background on the e-mail, and continued to call him names, and swear at him. I finally typed back, using the same manner in which they bestowed on us. and basically said i expect the money to be credited back to my card. I spoke with my credit card, and they were ready to do a full investigation on this company. I am sickened by their response, and the way my son was treated. I wish i knew where to complain, because i have kept these messages, so, i do NOT suggest dealing with this company EVER!

I bought a Christmas gift from this website. Item did not work out of the box. Informed the company and they sent me a list of suggested steps to fix it (take gun apart, test the electricity with a volt meter, etc). All ridiculous since the gun was brand new and the suggestion was I basically rebuild it. Told them no and they suggested I buy another gun so I could use that and have back up parts. Told them no and they said return the gun (I have to pay for postage) and there'll determine if it is broken. I'm going to return it but fully expect they won't send anything back. I've already disputed the charge with my credit card company and expect that's the only way I'll get my money back but will be out the return postage. Customer service is awful and I think the website is more of a scam than an actual business.

I wish I had looked at these reviews before allowing my children to purchase airsoft guns on this site. This company is horrible. They sent 2 defective guns and trying to get them to resolve the issue has been brain damage. I finally had to get my credit card company involved to get them to even reply to me. Then, I ended up having to spend 10% of the cost of buying the guns just to ship them back. Buyer beware. You will regret it.

Dishonest, Disreputable, will sell you broken crap and refuse to stand behind it.

If I had read reviews I never would have ordered from these ripoff artists.

I ordered a high-end AEG airsoft rifle for my son for Christmas. Ordered from these guys because they were only 2 days away for ground shipping - big mistake.

Rifle would not work out of the box. Tried their troubleshooting tips - nothing. Contacted them for a replacement -- they said tough luck, take it up with the manufacturer. There are no reputable online dealers whose position is that they can ship crap that doesn't work and it's your problem to straighten out.

Disputing the credit card charge with VISA since they did not send me what I ordered. Airrattle can argue with Visa about it.

Avoid this seller like syphilis-enhanced plague.

Not helpful support. For XMAS gifts said I can't return non-working item because it has been 72 hours since I recieved it. So don't order from this company, worthless support and they will rip you off. Do not buy. Product description wrong, 3 out of 4 items sent did not work.

I ordered a scar from this website (300 $ gun!) and it broke right when I got it. Guess what happened? The trigger just broke off. I went through about 5 weeks of emailing them (or some socalled person named Amber) and finally got a replacement. It broke also. I was like wtf man. I tore it down to check out the inside. The whole gearbox is coated in elephant snot, there was a bullet jammed in the spring (did I even ever use. 25 gram bullets with this gun?), a stripped gear, and the safety selector gear was broke. I am going to get the charge disputed and send it back. This company is bull $#*!, do not buy from them ever.

Thank you to all who have posted here. I had nearly $400 in my shopping cart, about to place the order. I stumbled upon this site while looking up a reviews of a few accessories I was going to order along with the guns.

The 72 hour return policy was absolutely ridiculous, but was willing to take a chance that the company was respectable. After reading the email exchange below, I was shocked by the unprofessional tone and demeanor of the owner, and refuse to purchase here for fear of being treated the same way as previous customers.

I will shop elsewhere, even if it is a few $ more.
