I ordered a scar from this website (300 $ gun!) and it broke right when I got it. Guess what happened? The trigger just broke off. I went through about 5 weeks of emailing them (or some socalled person named Amber) and finally got a replacement. It broke also. I was like wtf man. I tore it down to check out the inside. The whole gearbox is coated in elephant snot, there was a bullet jammed in the spring (did I even ever use. 25 gram bullets with this gun?), a stripped gear, and the safety selector gear was broke. I am going to get the charge disputed and send it back. This company is bull $#*!, do not buy from them ever.

I bought 2 bb guns from them. One works fine and is a cool little german WW2 replica. With the other (M-14 sniper rifle replica) the mag doesn't hold the bb's in -- they come flying out everywhere as soon as you move the loader away from the loading hole in the mag. Airrattle was basically completely unhelpful (first they described how to load a completely different mag... i. e., they never even looked at the mag I was emailing about before responding) and then eventually suggested I should buy a new mag... FROM THEM! What a joke. I've asked for info on how to return the gun, but I'm not hopeful.

I bought a $150 dollar gun from them and IT DIDN'T COME WITH A BARREL! I called the owner and he said I must have lost it. WHAT THE F**K! NEVER BUY FROM AIRRATTLE! Airsoft station is much better. More expensive but at least the guns are good quality and come with all their parts. I reapeat don't buy from airrattle. Don't let the low prices trick you.

P.S. All the positive reviews are from the owner who goes by different names.

These $#*!s sent me a broken gun, so i emailed them to get my money back, sent the goddamn gun back, and haven't heard frome them in 12 days. There will probably be more later, stay away from these $#*!bags.

These guys sent me defective merchandise, so they sent me an RMA, then I get an email accusing me that I broke the material and they would not exchange it. Kind of funny how the product was not working out of the box. It is also real funny that they said I used a plastic clip to bend a metal gun. I am doing a chargeback after they sent me a nasty email and I reported them to the BBB.org.

Do your homework, these guys had many complaints at the bbb.org and the bbb rep told me they have opened an investigation at the attorney generals office on this company already. I guess this company has a lot of complaints at the Ohio Attorney Generals office and they are monitoring this company closely.

I ordered a KWA AEG Full Metal M4S Carbine Rifle KM4S Tactical M4 S-System and it broke after two mags the site says "NEW" the came with scratches all over the receivers and broke after three mags. I tried to contact them and i emailed them six times and only one week later they you broke it with low grade bb's and i simply said i used G&G high grade 0.25g bb's they never replied and i tried to send to them and they said it was more than 72HRS after that i replied because you never responed and they never responded i had to buy a new gearbox beware never buy from this website they are bad people with bad customer service

I love this website I wasn't sure if I should buy from it because of all the bad reveiws but I took the risk and spent 250$ on stuff and it all came. Not one gun was broke all the stuff came that we ordered and even the bone yard guns worked perfect! I adjvise every one to buy from this site it has the cheapest prices for guns. I got a 225$ ak47 for 70$ yu can't beat that!

I bought a Christmas gift from this website. Item did not work out of the box. Informed the company and they sent me a list of suggested steps to fix it (take gun apart, test the electricity with a volt meter, etc). All ridiculous since the gun was brand new and the suggestion was I basically rebuild it. Told them no and they suggested I buy another gun so I could use that and have back up parts. Told them no and they said return the gun (I have to pay for postage) and there'll determine if it is broken. I'm going to return it but fully expect they won't send anything back. I've already disputed the charge with my credit card company and expect that's the only way I'll get my money back but will be out the return postage. Customer service is awful and I think the website is more of a scam than an actual business.

This website has been very reliable to me in the past. It has very high quality products. I have had no problems with it ever neither have my friends i would recommed going there for good priced products that would match any other airsoft website and a lot of there products prices are even lower than any other store i know

I have been to airrattle numerous times and so have many of my friendsand they have had no problems with any guns. The review about the galaxy s my friend has it and has never jammed and I would say its very reliable

My son received a "New" airsoft gun from www.airrattle.com It broke after 10-15 shots. It was used and had scratches on it, it was supposed to be a New 350 FPS Galaxy MK5 PDW Airsoft Gun G5 Full Metal Gearbox AEG Rifle - 2011 Enhance. Their customer service e-mail said we shouldn't have used the bbs that came with it and that was possibly what broke the gun. These guys are border line criminals. www.airrattle.com does not show a phone number or address stay away from them.

Actually I have been very happy with this comapny so far. I had purchased two guns and have had absolutely no problems. Apparently though its a good thing i had no problems. I will say after finding this review i really will be avoiding this website for further business. Thank you all for opening my eyes.

Not helpful support. For XMAS gifts said I can't return non-working item because it has been 72 hours since I recieved it. So don't order from this company, worthless support and they will rip you off. Do not buy. Product description wrong, 3 out of 4 items sent did not work.

Do not ever buy a product from this Website. Their crooks and will rip you off. I ordered two guns and they sent me one with a packing list for two. I called and emailed them the day I received the gun (luckily I opened the package as it was a Christmas gift). They said sorry we shipped two guns. Then eventually I got a gun from another website. The gun I got from Airsoft broke 2 days after I got it. They took a week to get back to me and again. Sorry your past the 72 hour return policy - so your SOL. Their products are CHEAP, break immediately and their customer service sucks!

My son used his hard earned money, the gun sent was glued and broken in several places. Their response to my request for their money was:

You we sent a brand new gun so either you did that or it happen in
Shipping, please be honest with us as any return we will know anyways
And it saves a alot of time and headaches and we will actually work
With you if you had an accident and admit it. Or simply could have
Been shipping damage let us know.

So, they accused me of lying, that the gluing of the parts together was either our fault or happened in shipping (how do parts get glued together in shipping?) There is not worse site than this. Make sure you watch your credit card statements, that may be the reason they exist...

NEVER BUY FROM AIRRATTLE! Save yourself the headache! They gave me false info about a gun said it was better than it was. Then the motor broke the second day! Thus site sux n oh yeah don't listen to the ONE possitive review... it was posted by the owner a Guy named aaron

I am having a terrible experience with airrattle right now. Customer services is aweful. Yes they may be cheaper but not worth the headache. The Better Business Bureau gives them a C- grade. I wish I would have done some research on these people before I spent my money. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES AND DO NOT PURCHSE FROM THEM. I am waiting for a backorder from them and once I recieve which I hope is soon, I'm going to look into filing a complaint with the BBB.
