Some guy gets on commercial and states how fast the shipping is for the customer. Don't gag on the crap he's spitting out! I have purchased two items in the last couple months. One took 10 days, and I'm presently waiting on shipping numbers to find out what year I'll receive this purchase. If it says free don't believe it. You will compromise time. Because Midway doesn't care about the customer. It's one state away and I have had to wait 10 days. I'm done with Midway!
I purchased by use of customer service. I was told by November 17th thru 21st. Here's the problem. I can order by internet and receive it in 3 days. As of today my order taken through customer service November 15th is still parked in Kansas City.
When I receive my product, I realized it was damaged reached out to let them know. They told me they could not take it back and there was nothing they could do for me that they would talk to their shipping department and make sure they do a better job next time Terrible
Midwayusa started to cut corners on the packing merchandise badly. Last two orders from them (midwayusa) were packed in the bare cardboard boxes with NO insulation nor bubble wrap or any sort of protection. I called after first order and made complaint hope that it will never happen again but the second one (received it on 09/07/2023) was the same bare cardboard box without any kind of insulation/protection. Called again and made a complaint (spoke with Scott), sent couple of pictures. Don't think I will shop Midwayusa any more, there are many resellers that take a good care of the merchandise respecting their customers. Pictures attached.
I purchased two items worth $121 and $10 for scope bubble level and scope cover, respectively. The website indicated that any purchase $99 and above would ship for free. I wanted to return the $10 item for a full refund as the scope cover (Butler Creek) does not fit my scope. The instructions on how to measure the dimensions of the scope cover per the website is not accurate at all. MidwayUSA was charging me $11 as return shipping costs to return the $10 scope item. I am not asking them to send me a replacement, just to get a refund as it is hard to get the right size of the scope cover. This is a really bad, terrible, business practice. I would advise anyone not to buy anything from MidwayUSA. You're better off buying something from Optics Planet, Brownell's, Euro Optics or from another seller you can trust. This site, midwayusa.com, has a two-star review average.
Been a customer for 10 years! Midway has gone downhill. I placed an oder for Ammo, from CA. Entered the FFL shipping information. 5 days later, order still shows processing. I call in, wait on hold and am told "we deleted your order, becuase we have to input the FFL information, so I can replace that order for you right now". They fully expected me to PAY again, and were unable to answer when I'd see a refund from the first order, AND said it would ship sometime next week when it was supposed to be here TODAY. There was no offer for any kind of coupon, expedited shipping, nothing. Just "sorry". I've been a customer for a decade, but with so many options out there, someone else will get my money. Bye bye Midway.
I will start by saying what a great company this is. They seem to carry only top of the line products and seem to have a great supply chain. They do however make it very difficult to return a product by charging heavy return shipping fees. For instance I need to return two SD cards and it cost 💲 11.00 shipping when the cards are almost the same cost. If they correct this I would easily rate them 4 or 5 stars.
Placed 4 glock mags in my basket as listed at $27 each, for a total of $111 and change plus free shipping. Go to check out and price jumps to $159 plus shipping. Total bait and switch. Will never use them again and my family and I were long time customers.
I made an $82 purchase +$8 tax +$9 shipping. But I also received a $10 promo, basically offsetting the shipping. Then I decided to return both items. I was charged $6 return shipping, which is fine, but Midway USA also held back the $10 promo. So at the end, I only got $73 back. Shady company. Ready to drop them.
I ordered a 20 gauge Mossberg 500 rifled barrel to shoot Sabbath rounds. I painfully took 10 minutes to make sure the person doing the ordering understood what I wanted. I ended up with a Smooth Bore slug barrel.
Our order was placed on 15 December 2023, all while their web advertisement bragged about how quickly they ship items. They sat on this item for (9) days before they actually released the package to USPS before they ever shipped it. I STILL do not have the item I ordered. They claim that we have the item and that it was delivered according to them —when asked to supply a picture of the item on our property or my signature, "they cannot provide that." They took our money and we do not have not received the order to date, and the earliest possible delivery date would be 3 more days, if then. NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered parts for a suppressor for my husband's kp9, they sent parts for a AR-15, when I sent the parts back I was not refunded full amount. They deducted original shipping cost and then charged me $5 shipping to return the parts. The mistake was theirs I specified what gun I was buying parts for and they sent me the wrong ones, I will never buy from this company again. Never heard of being charged twice for shipping when I was not at fault.
They charged me 8.00 to ship a 2 ounce part and it has been 7 days and I still haven't seen it! It was shipped UPS and then USPS, the tracking # isn't a UPS # Or a USPS # so it can't be tracked by either! Hopefully someday it will show up! So far, no body claims where it is! So much for NITRO SHIPPING! This has happened to many times now! I am done with ( Midway USA)!
I was shorted a striker safety in a Sig P365 slide completion kit. I reported it and filed for an exchange. 2 weeks later, I received a refund. They called me a liar saying I marked it as a refund, I have screen shots showing it is an exchange. Then they called me a liar saying it wasn't missing any pieces, I have pictures showing it is missing the striker safety. They refused to exchange it and they refused to wave the shipping if I purchased a replacement. Horrible company. Horrible customer service.
I've been buying products from midway for years, guns, ammo, reloading supplies, scopes, always had good customer service, prompt e-mail updates, they can have excellent deals, do carry hard to find ammo, no issues, except ups delivered to wrong house, sent midway an e-mail, on a sunday, got a polite concerned response within an hour, only complaint is they dont package your orders that well, but a lot of companies dont, other people complaining about there high shipping costs, everybody has raised there shipping too, not just midway, blame ups for that, other than that i like midway and would recommend them to anyone, as a side note, so far i haven't had to return anything yet, so i cant comment on that subject
As usual, I can't get an order in with Jessica without something going wrong. They sent me an email Friday morning saying it shipped. No movement by UPS by Monday afternoon. UPS says they don't have it so I contact MIDWAYUSA who are, as usual, rude. Nothing, again was done. She admitted it hadn't shipped. I'm not doing business with frauds. Don't tell me it shipped like it was supposed to so you can hide your laziness. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

I called about an order that was delivered to the wrong place. I was told they would call with what to do for a pick up of the gun purchased. No call or email. They stated they emailed instead of calling! That was a lie! Why would you email someone for a purchase that was over $3000.00 When I called about why I received no response, they said oh we started a refund today. Minus both shipping and a 10% restocking fee. So not only did we not get the gun, less money, and now no gun.
I use midway all of the time, and have never had a problem. Good prices, good products, good customer service... what more can you ask for. I have no idea why they only have a 2 star rating, should be 5 star
Took ten days for them to ship my order, then they tried to blame UPS. UPS provided proof that Midway only dropped the package off one business day prior after I called them to complain. Since Midway dragged their lazy feet my delivery day got pushed to the right and I couldnt be their to sign for my delivery and they refused to make accomodations to reroute the package to a new address or remove restrictions so I could schedule a pickup. The unprofessional company out there. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Easily the worst purchasing experience I've ever had.
Lost my order. Sent a tracking number that wasnt recognized. Called and was harassed and given the run around. Refused to send another holster or refund my money. Eric Ellingson was rude and wouldn't make it right. I'll be using Cheaper than Dirt from now on. Texans get it right.
Last week I ordered a Hornady auto charge pro that was on backorder but on sale for $280. This morning I got an email saying my order was being canceled. So I called them to ask and they said they had tried to contact me but I had not responded to them in the last 48 hours. I checked my email (both inbox and junk) and found no emails from them other than my confirmation. I also had no calls or voicemails. Called them back and explained to them, and they told me there was nothing they could do since I had not responded in 48 hours. Even though they could see that I ordered the product during the sale. He said I could reorder for the regular list price but couldn't get the sale price.
Sounded to me like they didn't mean to post the sales price and we're trying to get out of it. Instead I went over to Natchez shooter supply to order one for the same price. Not sure I will be ordering anything from midway again.
