I got a portable propane heater for my garage and I have to say that not only did I receive my order in a great timely manner and got my order at a great price but the heater works great.
I needed to return a garage heater and Mike made the process easy. From the first phone call to the last email he responded quickly and did everything to make the process easy.
Sold me a broken portable ac unit and can't get anyone on phone or email to return. Do not trust this company!

I am a Canadian trying to order a cooking plate that I cannot find in these major Canadian retailer stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy, Canadian Tire and Wal-Mart). So I searched their Canadian online stores and they too don't carry it nor can they special order it.
So I started looking at the American online versions of these retailers and they do carry the product online and can special order the product in their stores I was told. So I tried ordering online using my Master card linked to my Canadian address. I was unable to purchase it from all of them. I was mistakenly told by 3 different customer service people to buy a gift card either online or at the Canadian store, and then purchase the product online and have it shipped to an American address, because it can't be shipped to Canada.
At this point my only option if I really wanted to buy it was to drive 2 hours to the US Home Depot, place the order in person, return home and wait for it to arrive at the store and drive back 2 hours to pick it up and pay with my MasterCard. That wasn't going to happen.
So I tried looking one more time online and when I googled the name of the product other websites showed up. I called Air-N-Water, spoke to a very helpful sales woman who was able to place my order, process my credit card and made arrangements to ship it to a brokerage company in the US. Finally I can get the hot plate I want and Air & Water Portable Appliance Experts made it happen. Thanks Christine.

I contacted Air-N-Water about an ice machine I had purchased in Oct. 2014 by
Responding on the original email sent to me confirming my order. I received an immediate response from Kenia and given a Customer Service number to call by. I spoke to a young lady when I called who was very professional and very eager to help, She reviewed my purchase order and then took me step by step to start the return process. I received the return shipping information by email. I received the replacement as noted in my email and that it would arrive before I returned the defective unit. This was the 2nd ice maker I had bought in the last 15 months. The first ice maker was not from Air-N-Water and when I contacted that company, I was told they could not help me. I could send it back for repair at my expense and pay for the parts. I had that unit 11 months. I have read other reviews about the excellent customer service at Air-N-Water and standing behind their items sold, but what is just as important is how the employees communicate with their costumers.
