Ordering a computer from this site was the WORST decision of my life! I received this cheap plastic computer that works like a piece of dog poo! I wouldn't even pick up cow s*** with it! The company was NOT helpful at all and did not care about my satisfaction! It was a total scam! They even ignore my emails and say sorry not our problem! I am so PO! Stay away from this site! I am no longer a Ahappydeal customer. I was looking for a tablet for my son. Since it was going to be his first tablet and used for entertainment during long trips, I did not want to spend much on it so I purchased it from Ahappydeal. I did not expect it to last long time, however I did not expect it to break after only two weeks of a very, very gentle use. It started with occasional white lines on screen which turned into a "pulsating" white layer within days so it could not be used even with the best will. The charger also stopped charging about the same time - there was audible noise when plugged. Etc. However, that is not why I am not shopping there anymore - after all - it is expected to get what you pay for. The reason is they do not differentiate between return/ exchange because you do not like the item and return/exchange due to deffective item. I explained the situation to them and they first asked for proof of the defect. I sent them pictures of the screen. They offered to reimburse 20% of the fees I would pay to have it fixed localy which is a ridiculous offer as I was not going to spend more money on this item. They said that they will ship replacement unit after I return this one - which would have been just fine if they were going to pay for shipping - but they were not. The communication with them was goning on back and forth for a while until it became pointless. I still think that if they send a deffective item they should be responsible for replacing it without blackmailing customers. Both my son and I are very dissapointed. I will buy another tablet for him. It will be cheap one again because of his age and intended use, only this time I will buy it from Tmart instead - the same "quality" but they offer free shipping. All Ahappydeal had to do was send a replacement...

I have purchased from this 'ahappydeal' several times over the last year. The products are cheap Chinese knockoffs, which to be honest are decent products but despite this I am strongly urging people to not order from this website. The main reason? They censor real reviews and post fake reviews.
For example, I purchased a pair of headphones and wrote a review about them. I explained that the description was completely false -- not real metal as described but actually flimsy plastic. I received an email from an administrator asking me to change my review. Obviously I refused, and my review was not posted and I went to look at the product. 6 reviews were then posted, with names 'Lang' and 'Langley', 'Payal' and 'Pazia', and 'Abdul' and 'Abdieso'. The three pairs of reviews are written in the same garbled, poorly translated English, saying basically the same things, and posted one minute apart from each other.
I wrote numerous emails to customer service urging them to allow my review to be posted so that people are not misled. I was told to rewrite my review, which I did. The new review was not posted either and I am not allowed by the website to post more reviews. Customer service also stopped replying to my messages asking to allow my review to be posted.
Other issues that I experienced were that I ordered products and despite paying for expedited shipping, they did not ship for several weeks. I wrote customer service and they told me that the items were not in stock, despite the product page showing that the product is in stock.
Basically though, it is the customer censorship and fake reviews that I want to expose. These things are highly unethical and I strongly urge people to not do business with a website that has these sort of practices.

Very impressed. The customer service and deliver times were very good indeed.
The 'smart phone' I'd ordered, an S******* is an unbranded touch screen phone running on android 4.1. It looks and feels like a proprietary branded phone costing much, much more. Its dual core chip may not put it up their with the very latest quad core models, but it's certainly a lot faster than the Samsung Galaxy S i9000 I'm replacing.
The android 4.1 operating system hasn't been tweeked or adjusted in any way and the phone comes with all the usual android apps, google maps, navigator, calender, calculator, memo etc as well as access to the google play store.
It's got a reasonable 2mp front facing camera which works well with Skype and an effective 8.0 mp rear facing camera with an LED flash. The LED flash can be turned on independently to use as a flashlight. The camera has a number of modes, portrait, landscape, macro, nightime, auto etc and a really good panoramic mode which pastes together several frames through an arc of about 270 degrees.
The capacitive touch screen is precise and easy to use and is bright enough to be visible in most light conditions, though obviously not in bright sunshine!
I haven't really found anything to gripe about yet. I wasn't expecting something to equal the latest super fast quad core phones, just something to replace my elderly Galaxy S i9000 and I haven't been disappointed.
All in all, an excellent phone for the money. Not cutting edge, but no slouch either. With good build quality, at the price, I'm very happy with this phone.
I have bought at the store and I'm really pleased aHappyDeal, payment porPayPal was performed without any problem, and the product is received in 20 days, without having to pay for the tracking number, only pay for shipping insurance.
Previously bought another product by certain circumstances which could not send, but I do the refund of what you pay for that product.

Worst Experience I have ever had online period!

After two months from my order still today I haven't got my items. The items are still in China as I can see from the tracking system I paid extra to get nothing. My order number is D************** and the tracking numbers are RB*******CN and RB*******CN. After communicating with no progress in my order status I finally yesterday two months later asked from paypal to solve the situation. First time experience worst than ever. My order was quite big for my standards (about 200euros) and it involved the birthday present of my 8 years old son that has passed with no present and also a birthday gift for my wife that was never given.
PS. October 24th. After asking for a full refund for an order never received, they responded with the following incredible answer.
