Lied about guaranteed arrival for Christmas, ordered gifts 2 mos early, called dozens of times, when got through 2 weeks before Christmas I was told they were shipped but on Christmas Eve they still had not been... RUINED MY CHRISTMAS! If they hadn't lied I could have done something else!

Do not EVER trust ahappydeal's "customer ratings", they make most of them up themselves and screen real user reviews so that only positive and 5 star reviews get posted.

Look on their site you wont find one review that isn't a glaring positive review of the product written in poor English.

I posted honest and real reviews of the items I received with both pros and cons, what i thought about the value and particular unadvertised points that I thought people considering purchasing should know, not one of them gets posted.

However, as soon as I submit a bubbly positive post to test my theory, it gets posted right away!

DISHONEST BUSINESS PEOPLE WASTING PEOPLES EFFORT WHO TAKE THEIR VALUABLE TIME TO POST THOUGHTFUL REVIEWS SO THAT "HAPPY DEAL" CAN THROW THEM IN THE TRASH AND MAKE UP FAKE ONES THEMSELVES

***DO NOT BUY FROM HERE***

Company would be really great if they were honest with their customers and didnt doctor-up the product reviews...

Shady company

Shady company. Will not take calls, will not respond to tickets, will not chat, will not reply at all, will not honor their 24hour customer service communication guarantee. Stole more than two hundred dollars of my money and will not fulfill or confirm order shipment. Paid on 11-23-12. Tried many times in every way to communicate with them but get no reasonable or reliable response, only generic automatic messages. Now, ten days till Christmas and have no gift for my kids and no money to make other arrangements. Horrible, classless, despicable, dishonorable company. Should not be allowed to sell in US.

I have opened disputes through paypal. Since dealing with this company I have been ignored, hung up on, had my calls routed to machine recordings, and been lied to and stolen from by this company. They give three ways to contact; chat feature (no one is ever online, conveniently, when I am signed in to my account), telephone number (shady representatives that pretend not to hear you, hang up on you, and rout your calls to avoid you), and email (which is simply a ticket submitting system where you must wait for a response that never comes).

I would like to receive the items I ordered or have my money refunded so I can complete my holiday shopping elsewhere with a more honorable seller, but so far no luck in receiving any kind of useful or helpful response. There are just ten days till Christmas and I have no gift for my kids thanks to this company's shady business practices. Most horrible online buying experience I have ever had and I have been doing most of my shopping online for years so that's saying a lot.

Their price is unbeatable although one should be prepared to wait a long time for shipment. They are not proactive in following up with orders either. I ordered a smartphone and it remained in processing for days. I had to submit an issue and before someone would tell me the phone was out of stock. One would expect the customer service to contact me about the phone being out of stock instead of waiting for me to inquire. There is also the question of: was it really out of stock or were they waiting for the manufacturer to build the phone? The web site did not made it clear that there will be waiting times for the manufacturer to build the phone and time for them to test the phone. In western countries, it was expected that the product were already tested before they were even put to sale. It took me nearly a month of submitting messages back and forth with the customer service did I finally see my phone in shipment. The phone I ordered was out of stock and I had to pay a bit more to get another. It only took 3 days to arrived after status on the account changed to "shipped". When the phone arrived, the flash on the phone camera did not work although it was packaged very nicely and the phone was obviously brand new. The phone was built very nicely other than the camera flash problem. CPU and memory specs matched description on the web site. I wouldn't bother shipping it back to get the flash fixed as the shipment would cost too much. For the price, I felt I got what I paid for. I felt the site is good for buying for personal use. If it's reselling, i would be really concern about the quality as shipping things back would be expensive and time consuming, and that would eat into profits.

I ordered and paid for 2 "GT-T9500 Android 4.2 Smartphone with 5.0 inch WVGA Screen SP6820 1GHz - Gray" order #D************** DHL tracking #*******780
On 10/23/2013 and received my delivery 10/28/2013. Pretty fast.

1ST PROBLEM: I ONLY RECEIVED 1 PHONE IN THE BOX.

2ND PROBLEM: I HAVE GONE TO EVERY CELL CARRIER AND NOBODY CAN MAKE THE PHONE WORK! I was told T-Mobile is the only carrier in the USA that can take "international" phones.

3RD PROBLEM: T-mobile says the phone doesnt recognize any SIM card and the for is STILL LOCKED!

4TH PROBLEM: GETTING THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A LITTLE DIFFICULT BECAUSE YOU CAN HEAR THE PERSON WHEN THEY ANSWER THE PHONE... AND I HAVE BEEN TOLD TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE DHL LABEL AND SEND IT IN AN EMAIL THAT WILL BE SENT TO ME (I NEVER GOT IT. I CALLED 3 OR 4 TIMES)

I want to have faith in the company from all the good reviews that I have read, but I NEED BOTH MY PHONES. AND I NEED THEM WORKING...

I am writing here to warn you all! I ordered a Smartphone on the 2nd of october, I even paid extra for the fast delivery in 3-5 days!
Their website says than the customer service answer in 24 hours when I actually waited for almost a week for an answer.

After 10 days someone finally contacted me to tell me than the phone was back ordered and asked if I wanted to wait or choose an other phone.
I had to settle for a phone at aprox the same price, but with less features.
Few days after, they contacted me again asking me to pay the 2$ difference; let's not forget than I paid extra for the fast delivery and the delivery insurance!

Here is the exchange of messages with the customer service after giving them 2 phones options to send me:
Order num: D**************

We have chosen the first one for you, but you need to pay the difference,
We will send the invoice to you, please wait for it patiently.

I sent them the following message on the 10/21/2013:
Hi Dore,
To buy a phone with you is starting to be too much of a straggle.
I was hoping than your company would do a nice gesture and send the phone quickly without asking for me to pay the 2$ difference.
I have been waiting more than 20 days; finally, I will receive my phone after 1 month! When I placed my order with the fast delivery to have it in 3-5 days! And you still asking me to wait "patiently" to pay 2 dollars difference for a phone I didn't choose at the first place.
If your company cannot understand the customer satisfaction, I will ask you for a refund, and will buy my phone on an other website.

They answered a couple of days later: I will ask our colleague whether we can ship it to you, if ok, we will arrange shipment.

The phone was finally sent on the 25 of November and I received it more than one month after ordering it!
I really needed this phone to start my new job.
I have never been so disappointed when ordering online.
