I've only ever ordered online which sounds like the way to go based on the reviews... I have always had a great experience with them. I constantly order clothes from there because they have free returns so it's not a hassle to return anything that doesn't fit. They are pretty quick too... the last order I placed was on the 19th, it shipped the 20th and was delivered the 24th. The credit for the returns is quick also... way better than ordering from Tobi. I would recommend Agaci but order online (free shipping over $50).
There was not one worker that helped me willingly. Each worker Ive asked for help had an attitude. The store was a mess like it has always been. The old management team was better. Especially Edgar hes was fiesty but was always willing to help. Where is he? They need a new Edgar at great mall
I ordered the clothing online and even went through a third party shipping service but everything went by smoothly! I love the clothes, the material is not bad, everything fit very well and I think it was quite worth the money I spent (which was more than usual with international shipping) Took a gamble and I was pleasantly surprised! I'm not sure if I'm just lucky but I am extremely tempted to order again! :)
This job was genuinely the worst experience I've ever had, management stole and got away with it by accusing other employees when the employees found out, nobody trained new employees right, regular employees were fired and management just got slaps on the wrist, pay and scheduling was AWFUL! Would not recommend this job to even my enemies. DO NOT work for Ingram Park Mall Agaci!
The absolute worst customer service! Received the wrong item, spoke to someone to get the correct item, then received the wrong item AGAIN! Offered me NO assistance and now they cannot guarantee i will ever get the right item. Take it off the damn website then!
I ordered online, which judging by the reviews seems to be the best way to get satisfactory results (probably because of the customer service online absence). I got everything within 5 business days of ordering. The shoes I got were not top-quality, but I wouldn't expect expensive material out of shoes that were >$20. Clothing wise, everything fit perfectly and the material seems like good quality. And the prices are awesome! I also love that A'Gaci gives student discounts. As a college student, I need to save as much as possible :) I will 100% be shopping at A'Gaci again!
I ordered online and almost a month later still haven't received my package. I called to see what can be done rep said he'd put a request to find the package and give me 10% off my next purchase and to look out in my email for an update within 24 hours. 10 days later still nothing! I called again the rep offers to do a reship then says they're not available anymore and a refund will take 3 business days on their end. I don't trust this company. They don't care and don't follow through. Opt out for a better clothing company.
Agaci wont reply to me! I have called and left voicemail(s) written emails... everything! I have 2 different size shoes. I have been trying to exchange them for almost a year but nobody ever answers the phone. EVER! I hope they see this and somehow get back to me!
I went into buy a shirt. When I went up to cash out it worked on my end but not theirs. The manger made me do it three times promising me it won't go to my account. I showed that it's pending its fine. I checked my account this morning and it wasn't fine. It posted all three times. Mad and annoyed as i was I called talked to a new manger told her what happened. And she said I was wrong. That it will be returned. When I told her I was making a claim against them she hung up on me. So unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and so much more. That was the first and last time I will ever shop at that store by me or anywhere in the world!
These are some terrible reviews if I haven't bought from them before I'd never think to try. Like someone said people rarely write good reviews so let me add my good experience. I've been shopping online and always get my order to time. For the price the quality is good they fit nicely. I prefer shopping here than other stores.
I have purchased 2 top on 3/15/17 and very next day on 3/16/2017 I have returned one of them... today its 5/1/17 but yet my money has not being refunded...
I was honestly scared to order from this store because of these reviews but I had excellent service. I ordered a dress, heels, and earrings. Everything came in 3 days and it fits and ISN'T BAD QUALITY. Beware of online reviews, hardly anyone goes online to write good reviews but everyone goes to write bad ones because they're enraged. Sh*t happens, packages get lost, misplaced, etc... It happens everywhere, I love the outfit I got and for such cheap prices! Jesus, I sound like I got paid to write this review lol
I found this super cute clothes store by a super model I follow on instagram. I browsed the website and immediately found tons of adorable clothes for not - so - expensive! I didn't know if the site was legit so I looked it up here, and there were horrible reviews! Most of the bad reviews were about the actual store, but I was ordering online, so I decided to order something kinda cheap to see if it would ship. It came 2 days earlier than expected! May be my FAVORITE TOP EVER! I admit the material was a little different than the photo online, but it looked even better! Definitely ordering from here again!
(Manager in Midland Tx) That gay dude that they call their "manager" doesnt know what the heck he's doing what kind of manager ask another associate on how to do a certain thing on the register? And as we suspected he ended up $#*!ing our purchase. YOU'RE A MANAGER YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW TO DO EVERYTHING IN YOUR STORE for god's sake. Mom ended up going back for it becuase we bought 4 clearance and never got two free when he said we would and clearly we should cuz the sign says it all! Then my mom came back to me told me he said "its right" but i asked for his $#*! to me cuz it doesnt make sense. I felt like he didnt give af cuz my mom is asian & prob think wouldnt notice/complain well I DIDD! Like wtf thats false advertisement right there! & he was just making explanations that doesnt makes sense, his math is all wrong, & then just walked away. Nice one you gayhole. This doesnt even deserve a one or a zero it needs a negative number.
You never should even think about working for agaci. Epsically the one in the Florida mall. Working for Sidney is like working for a $#*!. She's a very cold hearted person. A family member could be dying and she would not let u call out. No matter what, even though she puts everyone to work when the rules are that someone has to cover your shift. She will call you names and everything and she won't care. She's a very ignorant person and selfish. So if I decide to work there, good luck. She will do you dirty no matter how long you've worked their. She claims she's worked in retail for a long time but obviously she needs to go back and study that because she has screamed at her employees in front of customers so.
I have been a faithful contributor to this company for years and an associate at the Murfreesboro location created two accounts for my rewards points under my same exact name and phone number. So instead of ever reaching the 200 rewards points to get my $20 reward credit for accumulating points they have dispersed my points between accounts. They told me they can not combine the accounts in the store and that customer service would have to do it before the points expired in 30 days and started all over ( REMIND YOU I ALMOST HAVE 400 POINTS BETWEEN BOTH ACCOUNTS). I have contact customer service and left voicemails as well sent emails requesting for them to combine the accounts that were created in error and have yet to get a response. I spent the money to accumulate the points I should be able to get my points redeemed. I have yet to hear anything back from this triphling piece of a customer service. I do not plan on spending another cent towards this company.
I ordered clothes and shoes online and when I received the package there was no return slip. I tried on all five items. Two didn't fit and one didn't look like the picture portrayed. 2 days before the "30 day policy" I spoke to customer service and they said they would email me a return label. Which they never did. Then I called again and they said to wait for an email from corporate to see if they are willing to refund. Of course I got an email saying they won't. I have unused new stuff that's been sitting in my trunk to be mailed back because I have a job and I couldn't keep up with the time frame of their return policy because of their errors. I plan on returning anything I bought from their store in the past 30 days. And don't intend on shopping with them in store or online.
Terrible online experience! I ordered a dress to wear to a wedding, a choker and a pair of earrings. Agaci shipped my package and lost it. I never received the first package, called to request a replacement order, the guy was rude and I had to hang up and call back for another rep; the replacement order was never shipped. I called back a 3rd time and rep stated replacement order wasn't fulfilled so she'd request it again. I finally got my package; the dress was cheaply made! Lining hanging from one side of dress and strings and sequins hanging off! My choker and earrings were not in the package. I called back and complained and rep acted as if she could care less; I asked for my price of the earrings and choker to be refunded and she stated she'd have to get it approved! Approval for what? I paid for 2 items that I didn't even receive. I will never shop with Agaci again! I don't care how pretty the clothes look; they are low quality and horrible customer service!
I went to Agaci yesterday and was going to make a big purchase... I always used to choose Agaci. I changed my mind after their poor customer service yesterday. I wanted a green skirt in size small. They only had large on the racks... Mannequin had a small so I asked the manager if I could please have that one... He said no, that they couldn't and won't take it down. He said I would have to go back the next morning... which is inconvenient since I live 30mi away. One thing I want to make clear... if that is their store policy they will lose so many customers. We have so many women apparel stores which I am now going to instead. Charlotte Russe, Forever 21, Lulu's, etc etc. How long could it possibly have taken to take off a skirt and put another on the mannequin? What liabilities do they have? There was 5 employees standing around doing NOTHING! Sadly I'm taking my business elsewhere. I'm posting video and my experience on instagram, facebook, twitter, snapchat... Manager was lacking customer service experience. Wish they valued me as their loyal CUSTOMER. Stop taking customers for granted. Please hire managers that even have customer service. Fort from McAllen TX in LA Plaza Mall is TERRIBLE AND INCONSIDERATE. Thanks to him I did not make a purchase there. And if this is business, please address my issue so you can continue getting more customers.
Working at agaci is probably the worst job you would ever want to work at. Florida mall especially. The managers sucks and they Don't know how to manager. I'm surprised it's still even open.
Answer: No. I bought 4 pairs of shoes and none of them fit well. I'm a size 8 and all the 8's rum small. Definitely size up with boots
