I was shopping online at Agaci and I ordered a coat, shirt, and a bracelet cuff. The package was on time no problem shipping, but, when I opened the box and took the clothes off, I noticed how cheap the clothing was the materials were poor quality and I would not recommend buying clothes from there. They were nothing like the picture. So I returned the package and it has been 10 days and I have not heard anything from them.
On a Monday afternoon, I visited the store I needed to make a return. There was a young lady and 5 more cashiers they approached to register had fun talked then left nono of them not even the one who was in front of the register said anything not even "I will be right with you" nothing showing half of her books ( which I find veryunprofessional you are not at the club) to be exact: I waited about 10 minutes it wasn't until I ask her if someone was avaiable then the store manager came the young lady argued with me saying the other workers were not on the clock. Very bad experience I really don't want to go there anyou more...
Been to A'gaci more times than I can count and every time I find something I actually like the sizes available are only XS S and M. I've been told only three times that something was in L or XL and all three times it was ugly clothes. Even your shoes aren't big enough! Your size "10" isn't a 10 it's a 9 1/2, I checked with other shoe stores. Why can't those pretty dresses on the $#*!ing maniquins be for fat girls like me?
I both a sandal in A`Gaci store and I used just one day and the sandal was already in a bad shape. I went to the store with the receipt to exchange the product and the manager told me she can`t give me the money back because I used the sandal.
And she was telling me that I was a lyer because for sure I used more than one day.
I`m still shocked about the terrible costumer service. Never gonna buy anything else in this store and I`m telling all my friends not to buy there too.
I was waiting for a dressing room and no one bother to come get me a room to try on my clothes. I even went back to ask the cashier I need a room and she litterly ignore my response.
I live in Murfreesboro, TN and this is one of my favoritw stores. I shop here atleast twice a month. My problem is me spending my hard working money for the worst service I've ever had! I called about a purchase that a girl charge me full price on and they was original 40% off. The employee name Niecey was very rude to me and refuse to go check the item I purchase. They act like kids and very unprofessional. I refuse to keep shopping here!
Wow reading the other reviews I'm shocked I've been ordering and shopping at Agaci for almost four years. It's one of my favorite stores. They always have amazing deals and they ship fast to my house. I have never had a problem with there staff near me but then again I'm located in Chicago so I guess it depend on the location/state. As far as ordering there always on point for me! 5 stars!
I've read several bad reviews on it. Working in it they are for me a new company taking a lot of risk with their own money due to they motivate their store giving them free gift cards for many reasons which is good. This company like GUEES also focuses a lot on customer service 100%. They should be complete with any task by opening or within the first hour. Where I believe for me they are still new is the try so many new things every week on how to run a business. For me where I've work at many different store's and seen those ideas already implemented and working is much easier but for other team member's who don't have the experience it's hard to get that habit.
Overall the company is great, still need's a few more tweeks to work on. They are super flexible on returns and exchanges. Their goal plans are exaggerated the first year. Employee discounts are awesome 41%. Close family is 31%. 11%for clearance. Seasonal are 31%. Compare to forever with 10% or Tilly''s with 20%.
I live in midland Texas. Went to go return nude heels that looked worn when I bought them. Manager was an $#*! and wouldn't take them. Blaming the entire situation on me and being very sassy. I will not be shopping here anymore.
Kaonou (the girl at the register) was very rude and just threw my clothing in the bag and had the worst attitude. I dont know why you guys would let someone like that work there. I shop there all the time but since shes at the register i dont bother to go in there anymore. Shes works at the A'GACI at the Mall of America
I shopped at Agaci online twice, the first experience was kinda shaky at first seeing that my package was stolen. They sent me a replacement order and was with me every step of the way, answered all my questions and assisted me any way possible. The second time i didnt have any problems at all. I love all their clothes, which are of great quality and very style forward. Did i mention how FAST their shipping is that it only took them 3 days to deliver my package to me (and thats standard shipping). 5/5 stars, ill be shopping here again.
I found a skirt I loved in an A'Gaci store. They were out of my size, but had it available online. It came in a week and while the correct item was listed on the order form, the WRONG SKIRT was in the bag. I immediately called customer service at which point they informed me that the correct item was OUT OF STOCK. The website showed, however, that they still had the item in my size. I saw other reviews stating that the website is not up to date as well as complaints about customer service. They expect me to send back the WRONG item on my own time too. RIDICULOUS. I'm so disappointed. DON'T SHOP ONLINE AT THIS STORE.

I went to the store at the Mall of America, MN to return an item i purchased. The employee ended up charging me for the item again instead of refunding me. When i explained to her what she clearly did, her and another employee try to tell me that i was refunded and made me sound crazy. Finally they called a manager and they say that they messed up. However, i never got an apology and they were SUPER rude. In fact, they were rolling their eyes. NEVER COMING BACK TO AGACI!
The Store Manager at the Pearland location was rude. She gave me major attitude because I was making a return and I asked for my cash back. The transaction was debited out of my account which was instant and not a charged transaction. If you took it out my account what's the problem giving it back to me when clearly your receipt doesn't state it has to only be credited to me... Not knowing if I purchased an item from a nearby store or was returning half of the hundreds of dollars I purchased between the two. She watches me go to this store and calls them to ask there policy on returns. If I work hard for my money I should be able to return whatever I want with a receipt whenever I feel it doesn't work for me.
Just wanted to send a review of the Agaci store at Ingram Mall in San Antonio, Texas. I was shopping in there and while in the dressing room, I over heard the girl working the fitting speaking to two other coworkers. They were bad mouth and bullying an female customer right in front of the girl. It made me mad just listening to it. Employees should not be doing that and especially when customers are around. That shows poor management. Those employees should be fired.
They cancelled my order due to lack of availability they should update thir online shopping they should have said it was out of stock... they never deposit my money back bad customer service when i called to ask if i can just order another size they only said that i had to place another order and they had to charge me shipping because it was under 50 dollars and i told them that that was why i had order them with other items in my first order they did nothing about it didn't even apologize
My daughter purchased a backpack last week on 10/10/15. The first day she wore it, the straps had already started detaching and fraying. She thought it wasn't that terrible, but it's gotten so bad up to the point that one strap has almost completely come off. We arrived at the store to request a return or exchange, but they simply said since it wasn't damaged when they sold it. We are extremely appalled at the quality and customer service.
I ordered 2 items last week. A jacket and a shirt dress. I receive a code confirming it was shipped by ups. A week goes by and ups states they are waiting for the package to arrive at their facility. Then I receive an email from A'GACI stating I've been refunded. WHAT? I called and I get some BS explanation about how UPS couldn't find my address. Lame excuse! I receive packages from UPS all the time. The turn around and tell me one of my items isn't available. Well guess what you lost my business permanently! From the looks of these other reviews I won't be missing much.
I went to the A'gaci Store TODAY and luckily, I purchased two items for $42 to only have one in my bag. I've always shopped here and never felt the need to check my bag after I leave but I made a huge mistake by not checking. The employee, Mabel, from the A'gaci Store in Westland Mall in Hialeah, FL was completely incompetent and I suggest to fire her. How the hell do you forget to put a purchased item in my bag?! Yes, to charge me isn't anything you can forget but something as easy as to put an Seamless Tube Bra in my bag seems to be incredibly difficult. A'gaci, you need to really re-consider the incompetent employees you choose to hire. Count me out on ever shopping here again.
Answer: No. I bought 4 pairs of shoes and none of them fit well. I'm a size 8 and all the 8's rum small. Definitely size up with boots
