I have ordered from Agaci twice (a large qty) over the last 1.5 years after seeing a YouTube review. I ABSOLUTELY Love the site and the clothing! The delivery is prompt and all of the items meet my expectations. I'm currently pregnant so I ordered a size up (I normally wear Med), everything fit great and allowed room for growth. I love the originality of the items along with the affordable cost. I always receive compliments when wearing an Agaci item---customer for life!

I've been ordering from Agaci online for years now and never had any issues. Shipping is prompt and they have a great return policy - just use the pre-printed sticker and drop your bag in the mail for a full refund! In my opinion, the quality of the clothing is equal or better than Forever21 and Charlotte Russe.

Sorry to say but very disappointed with the service at the Harlingen Department Store At Valle Vista Mall, I went in to exchange a pair of sandal's my husband purchased for me on Friday, they we to small, well the young lady's working were rude and to busy helping employees of the store who were purchasing clothes for themselves, another worker was bothered when I asked for assistance in the shoe department... I just asked for my money back after I saw how rude these girls were,,,,... store number 235 salesperson ******* this took place 4/23/14 at 4:37 p.m.

Received my black jumpsuit that had stains all over it and was worn down towards the bottom of the pants (like it had been worn). There was blonde hair all over it, and I can assure you I am not blonde. I just contacted customer service and I am curious to see how this will be handled given the fact that it appears that the item in my size is not in stock anymore. I wouldn't be able to return this item at the store because it has been worn and definitely looks worn down. I will not be purchasing future items from this store. What store ships someone WORN clothing? I think I am more insulted to the fact that they thought I wouldnt notice.

So I ordered 6 things out of the clearance section of the site and waited for my order. Although the order said "shipped" on the site, the tracking info was incorrect and I had never received my items. Two days later only two items came and the rest were so called out of stock. They did not refund my money for the other items until I called the customer service and complained for hours. Will not be ordering again because they need to keep up with their inventory.

I had placed an order almost half a month ago and was wondering why I did not receive my order, but they had charged my account. I had signed in online and they apparently cancelled my order without sending me an email. I had to call customer service since they did not reply to my email after waiting for a reply for 3 days. I am beyond pissed. They had said my order was not stock, but it was in stock online. I brought this up to customer service and they said they had made a mistake and the item was recently back in stock and to place the order again. I had ordered the item on cyber Monday and I had received a discount on my item which is why I bought it in the first place. They said they couldn't do anything about it and could not give me a discount, but they could give me free shipping. What bull$#*! is that? 1 star for all of the trouble.

I shop this store online because it's not in my state. I've been ordering since May 2012, and have had three orders/items cancelled because the clothes I ordered wasn't in stock anymore. I wish they would found a better way to keep up with what they have in stock. Cute clothes otherwise. Unlike with other stores I had this problem with, AGACI does not give you a free shipping coupon. It irritates me that they don't forewarn you that a piece of your order won't be arriving until after it's delivered or give you the opportunity to change it. It's so much fun paying additional shipping and or getting a size bigger than you are.

Well, the thing is that you do get charged multiple times, BUT that is because your billing address listed is not the same as your banking billing address. The same thing happened to me also, and I talked to a customer service worker. She was very friendly and I got everything solved. So I reordered with the correct billing address and my order was confirmed! Btw, it looks like you get charged, but if the order was not confirmed then A'Gaci does not charge your card and your bank will hold it as a 'holding fund' but will release those funds after a few days. The clothes on this website are indeed very cute and hard to resist! Goodluck!

I attempted to put in an order, yet the website kept giving me an error message saying that they could not authorize my card. I tried putting my information in multiple times, still receiving the error message. I then tried my credit card twice, still receiving an error message. Today i learned that i was charged 8 times for my one order from reviewing my card transactions after my card was declined. I was charged 330 dollars for an order that should have been 40. I attempted to call their customer service only to find they were not open on a Saturday. Which is ludicrous for a retail business to be closed on a Saturday. The clothes look lovely on the site and affordable yet not worth all this unnecessary nonsense.

Okay, so my mom tried ordering off line and they charged her 23 times, yes seriously that many times. She had to call and call to get this fixed. My mom cancelled my order and right now my fiance is trying to order for me. This time he was charged twice. And not only that but my order is on hold because the addresses dont match. This store has made up multiple excuses as to why my order hasn't been shipped. My fiance and I have emailed and called them multiple times leaving messages. Out of the five times that I have called today while they are open, they have answered the phone once. I was told to call after lunch today, we'll see what happens I'd hate to cancel my order on these cute clothes but this is ridiculous. I'm very upset and displeased with this business. Never again. I recommend "Love Culture" I got some cute close from there at decent prices, although I am a medium for shirts I had to order for Large.

It was poorly made and cheap looking. I feel like I was duped, the dress had a lot of clevage showing unlike the model's pic up here. I am so hurt and sad over the poor quality of an overpriced item! I wanted quality--these clothes belong in Rainbows... I'm so sad about this dress... very similar to gojane.

I Love this Store. Personally i have a struggle finding my size because im so smalll but not with A"gaci. When you first walk in there's a fresh preppy look that pops from this store.Not only did I love evrything i saw, But I will be back for homecoming and prom. I will bring all of my Friends to enjoy the store as well. I no longer struggle for my size Because they have it.!

This store is ok

This store is ok. I tried to order a week ahead for a trip I had to Florida due to some type of shipping mishap I recieved them when I returned. All in the clothes are priced well for my budget(very small)so I'll give them another go.
