I can´t believe my eyes how many people here consider these reproductions to be beautiful. Here are pictures to compare - the first one they have on their website and the others which they sent us. I thought everyone could see the difference.

From our mail to Mr. Afremov:,, The overall level of detail is just so basic! Less colors (mostly yellow), such big strokes of brush, even the number of street lamps is wrong... Branches of trees don´t "embrace" the pavement. And why is the reflection of the nearest lamp smallest? I can´t shake the feeling, that this painting is a work of an apprentice or someone who doesn´t care about the quality of his work. We like the painting you offer on the website even more than the original. If it would be possible to exchange the one you sent us for one which would look like the one on your website, we would be glad. In this case, we would appreciate sending a photo of the painting before sending the painting itself. If it wouldn´t be possible, I ask for a refund and will send the amateur version back. It isn´t ugly on the whole, but it is neither what we paid for in the first place. Another "bonus" on the painting is the staple sticked in the middle of the picture (photo also enclosed). We wouldn´t mind that, if the picture looked like it should."

Only one thing I can appreciate - fast communication and delivery. But their reaction to our reproaches was none. You can see photos of pictures they sent us: the same $#*!ty thing.
We asked for a refund and we got it quickly (without shipping ofc). Then we ordered a printed version of another Afremov´s painting from Amazon and it´s way cheaper and beautiful!;)

I am sorry for Leonid Afremov to have sons that desecrate his art this way.

I bought a couple of paintings on the website of Leonid Afremov. Of course, it was not entirely convenient that I had to wait for purchase so far away. I was worried about the delivery. But in my case, everything was fine, thank you.

Recently, I received my order from Afremov's studio. These were 3 paintings of the artist. The paintings were incredibly beautiful. I never thought it was so beautiful. The internet does not fully convey the beauty of paintings. How can such masterpieces be created with an ordinary palette knife? I am grateful to the studio for the quick execution of the order, constant feedback, and help in choosing the paintings. The package arrived carefully packed. It was clear that the studio staff took care that the paintings reached the buyer in the best possible way.

I ordered a recreation for "Rainy wedding" painting. I also emailed afremov.com support and asked them to send me a photo of the actual painting for approval, before sending it to me. They replied within hours and confirmed they will send a photo, once it's available. After 2 days I received the photo, but did not approve it, as it was not that similar to the original, I replied to them and explained. They said they will send me a new photo, or a different recreation in about a week. I received it 10 days later, and it was beautiful, very similar to the original, so I approved it. They sent it with DHL Express 2 days after my approval, and in another 10 days I received it. The delivery took so long because it was sent from Mexico to Romania, and it had to go through customs. I had to pay customs tax, that was around 30% from the invoiced price of the painting. The painting received is stunningly beautiful, vibrant colors and full of life, much more impressive than the photo. It has texture and smells of oil paint, it really makes me happy just to look at it. It was wrapped in a plastic tube, and I received it safely, without any damages to it. I can't wait to choose a frame for it and hang it on the wall!

I fell in love with Afremov's paintings at first sight. I like landscapes, urban scenes, still lifes, and portraits very much. I began to buy paintings in his studio whenever possible. All paintings are wonderful. The paints are of high quality. The paintings are just amazing. I keep adding to the collection. All the works are beautiful.
