Do not expect to get a refund from this company if something doesn't fit or you do not like it! I bought the expensive leather jacket for a gift for Christmas for my son.
He opened it, tried it on, said it was not his style, so I tried for two weeks to get them to answer my call or emails because you get 30 days.
They finally answered the final day to give me the order number for the return. Next I get an email stating they won't honor the return that they have photos that my item was not in new condition. The lady says she will send the photos to me in an email,then just hangs up on me. Do yourself a favor and never buy their over inflated clothing because you will just be treated this way if you don't like it. They just screwed me out of$495 and sending the jacket back, trash company.
I ordered several items from them online and I need to return some of it for sizing issues. I've reached out to the company over 10 times through email, and phone. The automated reply on text advices to contact them by email for my issue at *******@afflictionclothing.com. The Automated text apologizes for the inconvenience and saying because they are busy they will get to me when they can. I've emailed them starting December 2 2024 and still no response. All I need is a return label and the automated text provided a link to print it out however my web order number is not being accepted. I spent over $200 and would like to return the items for a larger size but now I just don't want to purchase from them at all.I've been a customer with them since 2019. I've decided to not be a valued customer anymore.This is unacceptable for customers service. No reply and I've even called and left messages on the phone number provided on their site with no call back from that either. If you decide to buy from them make sure you get the correct size because you will not hear back from them after you make your purchase.
They sent me the wrong tee shirts. They expected me to pay for the return and the delivery of the correct items. In the end they just stopped communicating with me. I was left with 2 tee shirts I didn't want.
Would a company like Affliction act like this? Or is this a scam site?
Wow! Let me say this, I love Affliction but this is ridiculous, Afflictionclothing.com removed my first and second review on their site! The masks are nice so nice i was going to order more, i ordered 2,2 weeks ago at 9.95 each which was steep enough for what they are! Now they raised the price $6? What a way to take advantage of a bad situation! Stay well!
I ordered a pair of jeans, paid for overnight delivery, and two weeks later I am still waiting. Trying to speak to someone is just as bad, but when I do they tell me the order is being shipped that afternoon…still waiting. I've bought shirts and got them in two days. I am not happy at all.
Don't get me wrong I love affliction apparel but it is way to expensive clothing for such cheap material I've bought several items that are affliction yes real affliction and after about 5 wears u start seeing tiny holes in material or fading something I like affliction a Lot but it's way to pricey

Clothes are cheaply made for price you pay, my sister and I have both brought clothes with rips and holes in them, I will NEVER purchase another shirt from them, don't waste your money on poorly made clothes from them
Used to be good clothing- not now. Cheap materials and workmanship. I have ordered 3 times- 1st time: GREAT, 2nd time: GOOD, 3rd (and last) time: TERRIBLE. Probably going out of business at this rate
