Updates on items shipped was handled poorly. Did not receive any updates until reaching out to customer service only to find out the order has been cancelled with no promise of refunding. Total scam. Do not waste your money or time here.

Poor

I've ordered hundreds of packages through aeropost and this is the last time I will use them. From now on I will use ezone. I ordered something from China which took only four days to reach Miami.

Then it took two weeks to reach Barbados. That was in February 2023.

Aeropost kept saying it isnt ready. It's a small part for a computer btw.

I finally get an email in August saying I can pay in three ways. I used to be able to just pay on the website portal.

So I went to the counter to pay collect. Now after paying I am told I might get my package in five business's days.

So to recap...it took 8 months to get a package from aero post in Barbados office. But only four days for the package to ship and arrive from china.

The only thing good about Barbados is the beach. Do not live here do not do business here. I'd rather be in Syria with war than in Barbados.

And no offer of a refund on shipping nothing. Ezone here income.

My items came into Barbados on 7th June, today is 11th July. Items have been shown as "in customs clearance" since arrival. I CANNOT get in touch with anyone here to discuss the problem. If there is anything wrong with the item, I have lost my 30 day "warranty". NOT HAPPY! Very very BAD SERVICE

Almost a scam
July 8, 2023

I ordered a refurbished laptop from them, they contacted me and said there was no returns, did I still want it? I said no, and waited for my refund I sent many e-mails which went unanswered, I finally told them just ship the computer so I would have something for my money. It's now almost two months later and still nothing, I would stay far, far away from them

*WARNING* Stay as far away from this P. O. S. As possible! My experience with Aeropost is pretty much the same as other customers with one exception. Aeopost received 3 of my packages AFTER they suspended my account, additionally AFTER they suspended my account (leaving me no access to an form of tracking) they charged my Paypal account for their services including customs and taxes for nationalizatuion. Aeropost then sent a boiler plate email informing me that my "100
% PAID FOR" items were in their warehouse for the following reasons
[comment] there was NO expalination, so I had to contact Aeropost customer service and inguire about my packages. Custoner services said that my account was suspended by a supervisor named Manrique Padilla and only he could ansewr my questions on why he suspended my account and why my packages were being stored in the Aeropost warehouse ( these items were car parts no larger than a deck of cards). I asked customer service for a phone number to reach Mr. Padilla but they refused and would only provide me with his email manriquepadilla()aeropost.com to this day he HAS NOT replied to numeous emails and I still have not recieved my packages or expainations. Aerpopost in their advertisement says that they are a CMRA and abide by all the regulations of U.S. P. S, well they DON'T and have NO regard for the citizens of the United Sates or the U.S. P.S. I have filed a complaint with USPS and the Miami-Dade Attorney Generals office for Mail fraud and theft of my property. Disregard their standard B. S. reply saying they are sorry for any inconvenience. IT'S ALL A LIE.

The first time shipping with aeropost was amazing, I received my packages intact with no issues, the customer service agents was very professional and helpful with me during the shipping process, the only issue I have with aeropost is that they have a limited variety on their shopping site,

Leaves a lot to be desired.

Items name, description and tracking number get mixed up when you order several items. When you think you r collecting an item it's something else that you ordered. Items go missing and because they have mixed up the item info they say you have already collected the item when you have not. Then they will not refund you your money not even the shipping cost that you paid for the item they can't find. The staff don't know how to or don't want to assist you when these issues come up.

Ordered a Renogy battery backup
October 18, 2021

I am so very unhappy with the service. I ordered a battery backup from Renogy because of electricity problems here and I need it for work. The never advised on delay because supposedly no they have to put the shipment on a flight with hazardous materials. Anyways my product arrived after waiting for almost 45 days and now it's in customs. Apparently I now need a permit because if also has a USB port. And because I am not in the city I cannot travel but what makes me upset is the lack of communication that this company has. You speak to the representatives and they tell you that they understand but there is nothing else after that. Same BS all the time so I am switching to someone else for my products. I hope your experience is not same or worse than mine if you are planning on getting your products through this company.

I have had numerous problems, but I will only speak on my recent issue. I bought a phone from Amazon and claimed exoneration which I am entitled to every 6 months. Customs asked for the description of the item and what I'm going to use it for and to sign the document. Really? Its a Customs agency. They already know its a phone. And you want me to describe the phone and tell you what a phone is used for? So I gave them what they asked for through Aeropost. 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting on my package. I contact Aeropost via chat…they tell me I need to submit paperwork describing the phone features and what I am going to use it for. What? You received that 3 weeks ago and even sent me a confirmation e-mail thanking me for responding quickly to your request! The person asked for proof. I sent the contents of the e-mail where they thanked me for submitting the information they requested. The person in chat said they would get back to me. Wait, what? Okay. They never contacted me. My package is supposedly still in Customs…lost or forgotten…I can't tell. No one knows anything.

THEY SUCK!

Do yourself a favor & do not trust this company. They hold packages for WEEKS after claiming to ship in 3-5 days. They alter records & change dates to make it appear they have not $#*!ed up. No email or phone response. They delete chats. Keep screen shots of EVERYTHING & report them!

Aeropost takes weeks to notify received items. No one ever knows where your items are or when they will be shipped. The customer service is horrible! And it starts at the top of the organization with executive team members who are rude and lack accountability. So don't bother to escalate because absolutely nothing will be done.

Start with the positive... Their store location and staff in Barbados (Airport) are exceptional at service and getting things done. That's, unfortunately, that's the only good part of Aeropost.

Email support is non-existent! No emails sent to their local office are EVERY replied to.

Online Chat is it the most repetitive lack of customer service you could ever experience. At no time is their online chat of any assistance. Last communication was with Sophya B who, despite mentioning to her repeatedly what the issue was, she completely ignored the problem. Even when I deliberately said that she was ignoring the real problem with the account she literally continued to ignore my comment. Absolutely RUDE and Aeropost needs to completely fire all useless staff like this as they are the ones on the front-line and continuing to bring down the company.
