I am so very unhappy with the service. I ordered a battery backup from Renogy because of electricity problems here and I need it for work. The never advised on delay because supposedly no they have to put the shipment on a flight with hazardous materials. Anyways my product arrived after waiting for almost 45 days and now it's in customs. Apparently I now need a permit because if also has a USB port. And because I am not in the city I cannot travel but what makes me upset is the lack of communication that this company has. You speak to the representatives and they tell you that they understand but there is nothing else after that. Same BS all the time so I am switching to someone else for my products. I hope your experience is not same or worse than mine if you are planning on getting your products through this company.
