Yes all looked good at first and honestly the overall purchase and delivery process was actually very good. ALTHOUGH just would be nice if there were no games played, please show what your customers currency payment are in (Cdn or U.S.) as they push buttons to purchase, this part of your program is borderline...!

I placed my order for a new Coleman rooftop RV air conditioner on Friday morning and figured it would be middle of the next week before it showed up. Let me tell you that it was on my doorstep Monday at 5:00! Super fast shipping and great customer support. Package tracking was very prompt and kept me updated at all times! Very satisfied customer and highly recommend to anyone!
Performance, product and services were as advertised. Their shipping process is less efficient than Amazon, but was still acceptable.
Though I paid for 2 day shipment, I was surprised to learn it could take up to a week to ship.
It did ship in only a few days, so no harm.
I will use them again.
I rebuilt an old camper so i ordered a lot of parts from a lot of places. Yours was the the slowest shipping I've ever had. Hey guys theres to many other places out there selling the same stuff to mess around with poor shipping carrier. I placed my order on 8-25-17 and received it on 9-6-17. Im sure you tried your best but this guy is going to keep buying from your competitors.
The unit I purchased does not kick in until voltage is way below advertised specs. But after looking at their return policy it is not worth the hassle of return. 15% restocking fee! On non defective items...yet they want to repair of return? We pay return postage.
What if I just hate the item? Not for me? I purchased by mistake? Restocking fee? Go pound salt! Give me a break...I will never shop here again. Amazon it is from here on. They know how to treat customers. I should have known better.
Always right product at the right price. Easy web site and ordering is a snap. I paid for 2 day shipping plus. The time was actually 5 days. I won't do that again. I tried to call but never found anyone to talk too.
I was surprised at the quick delivery of my order. Great price for the items ordered and fast service. A/C unit was not an exact fit but I was able to make it work. Overall a good experience,I'll shop here again in the future.
Shipping cost calculated at $5.51. When I checked out it was $8 and some change. If tax was the reason for the increase, then it should of itemized it as so. I'm in business and I have already giving my estimate to the customer which was calculated by your system when yours cost for the part has increased at check out. Therefore, I lost an additional $3.50. Not a big deal, but problem should be fixed. Thank you, Frosty Air Inc.
Most of my order was perfect. One item arrived damaged, but AdventureRV took care of the issue!
The customer service, via chat or messages only, seems a little unusual, but they are very responsive, and it allows them to have some of the best prices on the net.
So far so good. Would like to see a couple of things added to this converter, #1 instructions #2 circuit breaker installed #3 fuses for at least one circuit.
Other than that I have not tested this unit out yet as I just received this an hour ago.
It was a little confusing at first and then my computer had to do an update in the middle of the ordering process. But when that finished all my inputs were saved as well as registering for the site and I was able to complete my order! Thanks so much!
Wow! The normal slow delivery time I expected because I didn't expedite my order arrived on Friday Oct 7! This was within 3 days! Thank You so much!
We stay in an Airstream campground in TN where one of our "neighbors" lost use of his water heater. We ordered him a new one through you, and he requested 3-day delivery. I realized after finalizing order that the wall switch does not come with the WH unit. Our WiFi was down that evening, so I ordered it the next morning. It, too, was 3-day shipping. Both orders arrived the very next day in good condition, and by the following day, he and his wife were enjoying hot water once again.

The ease of ordering and timely delivery were very good, although I haven't attached the product as of yet. I did appreciate the ability (information given) to follow my orders transportation after it was sent out of the warehouse. I'll definitely use adventurer.net for future purchases... Dante
Chat support turned out to be absolutely worthless for specific questions about rush shipping. This left me no choice except to pay extra $$$ for shipping that I may or may not need. The chat response boiled down to "start a ticket by email." This is not at all a satisfactory answer when shipping speed is critical, because there was no answer to how quickly I could expect an answer except "Please be patient you will be answered shortly. As we are receiving a huge number of email you will be answered as per queue."
1. The online chat... well it did not work... all I got was, undefined
2. The package was totally smashed, like someone sat on it, lucky for you nothing appears to be broken... This I will find out once they are installed.
3. I suggest that you pack more that just the order in the box... there needs to be some packing material.
I have ordered many items rom adventure, so I was disappointed when my vents arrived, the edges on each vent are bent. They were packed very badly, and it looks like they were dropped. I can still use them, its not worth returning them. It would be nice to get a discount on them however. I can take pictures of them if necessary.
Easy to order and everything was received on time and in good condition. All together a very smooth transition.
Quick and easy if all goes good this will be a great place to shop, all went well, especially after purchasing a battery box from elsewhere and then having to return it because they quoted the sizes wrong
