Wow I just installed it and it sounds great but I can't get my pilot light to come on I'll do a little troubleshooting.

Tracking number issued showed package was sent to Knoxville and received on Monday. I don't know if that was a way station or not but it just showed up here.

I compared prices for a portable holding tank for our RV (compared with several sites) and you were the best in price for same item; purchased holding tank, tow handle and paid for standard shipping and order was just under $100.00; happy, happy, happy! I routinely visit another reputable RV/camping supply company but now have a new favorite. Ordering was easy; email notifications regarding all shipping details from warehouse to house door and follow up email to confirm/deny receipt of order - all exemplary customer service attributes. Received my item within 4-days via FedEx ground. Packaging was excellent and contained all expected parts.
Will not be able to install it and test it out until it warms up here (it's been a long winter).
The purchasing process was great... I hope the shipping / receipt is as wonderful...
Now that I have received my items, I am not impressed and won't order again.
The box was totalled, the items inside smashed or broken open. Nothing damaged beyond repair, but all boxed items were out of their boxes with parts strewn about...a bit of better packing with air pillows may have prevented this. NEVER AGAIN. Although the prices are very competitive, the end result is not worth it.

I will be shopping at this site a lot more. I paid half price locally and another internet sites. Easy to shop, saved a lot of money, product was exactly as advertised and worked perfect when installed. They are everything you want for shopping. Excellent vendor.
I feel the pricing is in line with other online retailers of camping parts and accessories.

I believe your website is too cluttered and hard to navigate. Work all the clutter on the home page I opted to use the search feature but that really did not work well either.
Wish got free shipping. Price most competitive. Did I say wish got free shipping.? Also box/packaging for rooftop AC unit was tattered but weight probably a factor and that may be transport. The unit looks ok but one side of AC cover plastic grill had waves from some external pressure or such. Hope plastic grill straightens when attached or sun helps pop out. Best news was ordered on a Friday and delivered on Monday. Can't get much better. I also note the ceiling air handler was the newer model not the prior model which was displayed but was wanting older style with controls at end. Oh well older model was discontinued anyway. All in all good and satisfied with order now hope works as expected after install. Fingers crossed. Thanks for attention and assistance during process and communication was just fine..
After I placed my order, apparently a "tech" person erased all of the credit card information. My wife received a phone call from a person identifying themselves as an Adventure rep requesting a call back by me to provide credit card info again. Circumstances prevented an immediate call back. A family death required two days of out of town travel and when we turned home there were three voice mails from the same Adventure rep. Coincidentally, the order had also arrived, indicating I was not the potential victim of some elaborate scam. I find the number of calls regarding an event I had no control over, in such a short time frame, excessive!
Web site seemed to have some issues but it did process my order correctly. Support response was very timely and appreciated. The time to delivery was excellent! Ordered Sunday and arrived Tuesday with normal shipping!
Although the heat pumps have not been installed, the appearance is impressive. The staff person was friendly and helpful. The products arrived within 24 hours of her telephone call. Thank you for positive customer service.
We were happy to find a metal faucet instead of plastic. It appears to be what we were looking for, delivery was within the time range expected with Adventurerv.net sending us tracking information. Very satisfied!
Two small complaints, No one answers the phone to speak with a human it's all live chat/email. None of my coupon/promo codes worked but still pleased with price of product ordered. We've ordered in the past and found a great price on an item which arrived VERY fast with economy shipping. We've recommended AdventureRV.net to many camping friends and family. Thanks!

Very good prices on wide variety of parts, shipping time good. My only complaint is that the refrigerator shelf I ordered was shipped USPS in a plastic bag with not even a layer of bubble wrap to protect it. Any RV'er knows how fragile these hard plastic door shelves are, and that's why sometimes they have to be replaced. The one I received had been treated roughly in shipping as one corner of the bag was torn open and the bag was beaten up, so already a crack in the shelf- doesn't go all the way through yet, so re-enforced with silicone as I have a trip coming up and no time to return and replace. So charge an extra buck and pad the package please, will likely be ordering another.
Could be a wee-bit faster on email customer responses. I had to repeat a question in order to get an answer.

While Adventure RV has excellent prices and service, they're packing is substandard. They do not double box packages. Instead the product is shipped in the original manufacturers packaging or a bubble pack envelope leaving the product susceptible to shipping damage.
Your shipping rates seem kind of high. I am not a business so cannot write it off. When I bought my tow bar and Patriot brake from you a while ago the lack of combined shipping really ran the price up but was still a good bargain. I do see you as a trusted partner in my camping motor home activities. Thanks Dennis
