Got it late postal service sent it to the wrong location but your service was great

Your online chat rep Ryan was not very imformed about products, he sent me canned answers, I asked for a supervisor, he claimed there was none. Very frustrated with your system of not being able to call by phone.

Tried to do the online chat twice before ordering to confirm this is the product I wanted to order as a replacement. Got no information. Am hoping the product is as it looks and all research indicates it should be what I am looking for.

Shipment was received but it was not what I needed so I'm waiting for authorization to return item

It was a little too large for the Replacement. It goes in the camper. It has to go I. The same place as the other one.

The product I ordered had some chips out of the corner and was very dusty. Other than that it will serve me well.

One item was damaged in shipping. I sent them pictures they requested. They sent out a replacement item. This is the kind of customer service I expect, and because of that I will not hesitate to purchase from them again. Good company.

Quick and easy just hope order arrives as promised and just as described.order arrived in just Three days,just as described.was expecting a free catalog as we spent almost 200.00 but apparently you have to order a catalog and pay money for it.Was planning on using this company in the near future but I guess not without a catalog.

They had what I needed and delivered quickly with the cheapest rate. Price a little high for little pieces of plastic though but seems to be the way with rv parts will use again in future.
