The cover fits perfectly on my coleman ac unit. Holes are in the right place but be sure to push the cover forward hard against the foam wedges to get the screws in the rear holes as I am sure was intended. No need to redrill any holes like some have said.

First time using you and was a great first ordering experience. Easy to locate what i was looking for was a big plus as well.
When it came time to track the package or have it arrive on time there were issues. My only complaint for this entire experience is that I wasn't able speak to anyone in customer service, I was directed to the web site to live chat or email and wait for response. Didn't like that at all, we had to borrow a computer, should have the option of speaking to a human being to help resolve issues as well.
We haven't taken the cover out of the packaging yet, however we are completely satisfied with what we have opened to date. Thank you
