Found the items I need to replace for reasonable prices.
I just received the order. The struts are not what I ordered. I need Springlift sl-33-80. What I got is a lot shorter and of no use to me. The barrel needs to be 9 inches and the rod needs to be 7 inches.

Packing was poor. Microwave boxed on top of trim ring, crushing it. Was able to bend back into shape with little notice.

So far so good. Would like to see a couple of things added to this converter, #1 instructions #2 circuit breaker installed #3 fuses for at least one circuit.
Other than that I have not tested this unit out yet as I just received this an hour ago.
Received RV toilet in record time! Haven't used it yet, but it is installed & ready. Will give an update when we use it.
The good, I received my order in two days:
The bad, I received the wrong part, customer service is a joke, It is not financially worth while to return a part, even though it is not your fault you got the wrong part.
You cannot talk to a live person to resolve any issues
Lastly this is not the cheapest vendor to buy from.
Never again will I do any business with this vendor.
