Have ordered the wheel chocks twice now. The first order was damaged and returned. I reordered and recieved product but 1 of the 2 pieces in the shipment is damaged. I have emailed this issue to customer support and the only solution given was to return product AGAIN. I really want the product but in good condition. I asked if I could have product checked before another shipment is made but was told this is not an option. I have tried to reach you by phone but lines are never open. I am very frustrated. Paid for expedited shipping, and the item did not go out for many days. Had a very hard time getting anyone to communicate about this. THEN WHEN PRODUCT DID NOT WORK, THEY SAID YOU BOUGHT IT, YOU FIX IT. THEY ARE VERY HAPPY TO LEAVE THE CUSTOMER HANGING AND WITHOUT SUPPORT. WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS. AWFUL SERVICE.
I received what I ordered when it was supposed to be here. I think your packaging could have been better. But thank God it wasn't broken even though the packaging was kinda tore up.
