The web page was a little awkward. Calculate shipping opens new window, but no place to select until a couple screens later.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order in just two days. It was the exact part I needed and this was the best price even after adding shipping cost. So I'm completely satisfied with my purchase.
This part has a 5 year limited life from the manufacturing date, so I was pleased that the manufacturing date was only 3 months prior to when I received the part. Sometimes parts can sit in dealer's inventory for a long time, but this was a fresh part.

Product works perfectly. Installed with adapter that came with board no issues. Good product.
Good experience. The web site was good. Prices are fair. The only real negetave about the transaction was the shipping. Box was pretty tore up and the fed-X label was made out to ''Birth Date'' instead of my name.
Luckly someone in our receving dpt. Saw a secondary sticker that had the correct name and didn't send it back.

We repeatedly received a miss match address credit card information on check out when we know we entered the correct information several times using multiple credit cards. It would be helpful to have part numbers listed in the shopping card so that we can go back and search by part number. Very frustrating when we cleared out browser to try to get our payment through

Not that it's a huge deal, but I entered my zipcode for calculating shipping cost, which was $7.01, but as I go to the checkout, you add $.99 for "shipping insurance"? Really? Why not be upfront about the true costs?
Only place where I could get everything I wanted and prices were very reasonable.
