I bought a pair of Yeezy 350 v2 bones from the confirmed app that Adidas owns and they said to go one size up from what you normally wear which I did I normally wear a 15 I bought a 16. I then got them 2 1/2 weeks later and they don't fit at all they were WAY TOO TIGHT! (The website says no returns or exchanges) I called adidas support and, the woman who answered the phone was arrogant and rude and did not understand or even comprehend what I was saying. I told them I had worked all summer for these shoes (Im 13) and they said "NO EXChANGES" I wasn't asking for much not even a refund just a size that fits and they can't even do that. I will never have a pair of adidas in my household again!

Absolutely AWFUL customer service. I call them before I place an order she promise me we will give you that discount once your order delivered after that I call them they said we can't do that.They are totally clueless. The customer service will literally just tell you anything you want to hear, without actually solving your issue, just to get you off the phone. All they do is kick you down the road. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, expect to be on hold for an hour. I'm pretty sure they just hope you'll give up and hang up. Supervisors probably don't even exist. Please go with other brands who respect their customers always first.very very bad experience.
Last Sunday, we ordered shoes for same day *******@Adidas Culver City store. I called twice to confirm they had the shoe before placing the order and confirmed they had the shoe. The representative at the store even walked me through the process. As of today, NO SHOES!
This is a really big deal because my daughter has been subjected to bullying at school for several years. We don't have a lot of money, so her shoes and clothes aren't usually the greatest, and the kids call her Dirty Girl. I finally was able to get her into a new school so she could start fresh without the Dirty Girl image following her.
My daughter is panicked and keeps saying she wants to kill herself. School starts Monday, and we don't have the shoes even though my receipt says we will get the shoes AUGUST 13TH. I explained this to the online and in store representatives, and all I get is I'm sorry we don't have any information, BUT they won't refund the money so I can buy her shoes somewhere else.
When I called customer service to try to fix this, they had no empathy, so I did use some bad words, may 4. Now they are saying I am in violation! MY DAUGHTER IS HAVING A PANIC ATTACK AND SUICIDAL because they failed, and I'm unreasonable.

I ordered a shoes and after one month l still haven't received. First time they sent wrong one and now I still waiting for correct one and don't receive any.
Usually I am not the kind of person who will post a comment publicly to the internet about customer service, but my frustration has come to higher level after dealing with Adidas Canada.
At the end of May I purchased a pair of Copa cleats from FE soccer store on Walker RD in Windsor Ontario. My son was impressed with look and comfort of the kangaroo leather which costed me $350. Unfortunately, the cleats ripped after 3 games and I called FE soccer about the warranty. They then directed me to Adidas, due to Adidas being the company the cleats are from and that the warranty covers. So, I proceeded with the directions and gave Adidas pictures of the shoes and sent them the old ripped cleats in order to receive a voucher to use towards the $350 dollar cleats, that only lasted 3 games. I received a voucher after 2 weeks, however EVERYTHING on the Adidas website is excluded from the voucher as well as this voucher cannot be used in store. However, when using this voucher, you can only purchase ONE item, and you cannot use any left-over money for other purchases, so money is being wasted. So, we ordered a new pair of soccer cleats for a lower price because my son needs soccer cleats for the rest of the soccer season. We placed the order in on July 31st, 2023 and was told it would be delivered 3 days later on August 3rd, 2023, however the cleats have not been shipped yet, and no one at Adidas customer service has a clue with what's going on with my order. I have requested to speak with the manager to get to the bottom of this issue and why my order is still not shipped, and every person I've spoken with has claimed that the manager "is very busy" and "does not have time". So now, in the end, we need to spend another $300 dollars on cleats for my son, as soccer cleats are not cheap these days, and after learning from my mistake of dealing with Adidas, I would like to just come and post my experience to bring awareness to the horrible customer service that may await you.
Wear their shoes everywhere! Since the very childhood I'm wearing adidas sneakers for running and they have never let me down.
But of course it also depend on the model which you choose, so approach this process wisely. Some of them are for running, others are for common wearing.
Awful customer service. They have no idea what to do in there. Waited ages to exchange two t-shirts for the next size down. One checkout operator and a massive queue. When it came to exchanging the items for the exact same thing, they tried to charge me an extra £16. Called the manager who was aged 15 and clueless. Nobody could understand that i wanted to exchange. Manager kept saying that the price has gone up since last week. I told him that its the same item so just swap. Place is a total joke. Please avoid. 1 star as it wont allow me to put 0.

I have never received the items I ordered online but adidas and its shipping vendors are stating that they delivered it. It is very disappointing!
Their products are really bad. I've bought many shoes and clothing from addidas and they always get destoyed after just a few months. I also don't like the that the company is funding a bunch of pedofiles, more spesifically the glazer family. Which several of it's members visited epstein island many times.

I am writing this after getting of the phone with adidas. Ordered a pair of cleats at the very beginning of June and got sent the wrong size (4 sizes to small). I called them and they gave me an exchange stamp after about an hour on the phone. They said it would take 3-5 business days (something I had to ask). They have been sending me emails asking if I liked it, thinking it had already come. It had not. It has now been 23 days. Tracked the package and it's still in their warehouse. Called them and they told me it's on it's way. It is not. When I tried to ask why it had taken so long, they told me it sometimes happens and then asked if there's anything else I can help with. I again back to why is it taking so long and they said the same thing saying there's nothing they can do and there's sometimes happens and didn't even apologize. Only stating that it's alright because it's on it's way. My season already ended. Then the dude just hung up. Most frustrating company ever.
You think Adidas is this great company that has been around a long enough time to know that customer satisfaction should be number one, but they're not. And I know that Adidas lovers are not going to read this review, but just writing it is making me feel better. My daughter's shoes started squeaking REALLY LOUD after only 2 months and they refuse to refund or return them. So basically, what they are saying is "Our shoes only last 2 months, and we are fine with that". I called twice to speak to someone about it and when I asked for a Manager both times, conveniently, no manager was available. I will never, ever buy Adidas products again.
4 weeks after ordering limited edition products, the only form of communication by adidas about them was the cancellation of the order. 600€ of limited edition products were returned to warehouse without any notice and their only solution is to return my money and I have to accept that the limited edition products I will never be able to buy again are now gone.

Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
