Beware of adidas using LASER SHIP to send your product and when it doesnt show up, Adidas will refuse to do anything about it. Do a search on LASER SHIP and you ll see they "DELIVER" lots of packages that never arrive to the customer, specifically shoes! One of their managers was recently caught and prosecuted for stealing dozens of sneakers.
I ordered 4D runner shoes from Adidas web site. They sent me totally different shoes. When I spoke to customer care they said they don't have the size I ordered. This is ridiculous. I paid for shipping and they said we didn't charge for shipping. I sent them a proof. I wasted my time. Looking for shoes and order it and got different shoes and now it is my hassle to return it and look for another shoe. Their customer service is very rude. They didn't apologies once for the mistake. I'm bringing to your attention of a purchase of adidas Originals firebird track pants $77.00 and the poor quality of the fabric and the shockingly poor quality of the finish/sewing.

These track pants were received early January 2023 & I started wearing them in early February. 2023. Already they have holes in the pockets and the back seam has split.
The quality of these Adidas pants is very, very low and I'm not pleased at all with this purchase. In fact I'm appalled at the shocking bad quality of these track pants.
I've been wearing Adidas since the mid 1980's and still have some in my wardrobe that have no faults at all despite their age.
I purchased mens Sandals at the Niagara on the Lake location. The pair had no tag and the sales rep got another pair to scan. The sales rep carried on a conversation with coworker while cashing out. Discovered at home, she put the wrong size in the bag. Another trip to exchange them. No compensation, suggested a cheap draw string bag, that was a no. Was given 2 promo codes from Employee purchase program that did not work.
I used to love Adidas for their quality and stylish designs, but unfortunately, I have noticed a decline in both areas recently. The clothing items I have purchased lately have not held up well after a few washes and have started to lose their shape and color. The designs seem to have become repetitive and lack the innovation that I used to appreciate. Despite this, I still appreciate the brand's commitment to sustainability and ethical production practices. 3 out of 5 stars.
Received my new vest ordered from Adidas.com opened the sealed plastic inside of the sealed plastic bag, only to be hit with an absolutely disgusting smell of sweet, dirty smoky butt!
A incense of some sort mixed with chemicals. I have no clue but it was.
So strong It instantly gave me a headache I had to put in garage. It stunk up my kitchen for hours. I can only imagine what the smell actually is. Some sort of chemical I'm sure.
Now I get to send it back and wait 3 weeks for my money to be returned.
I have waited over 1 month for a purchase to then be told it was out of stock after paying for this purchase. I would highly reccomend staying away from adidas at all costs. Every purchase I have made with adidas has been a dissapointment. I could have made shoes by hand, for the time it took for them to just give me an answer regarding my purchase.
Wore these new Adidas once and was left with permanent crease that actually hurts my toes! Can't wear them. Won't ever buy again.
Adidas has the worst customer service. The worst customer service! Getting my order wrong twice, then taking over a month to get a refund is beyond something I can understand. I ordered the White boots for my hubby's birthday and they sent me the black ones twice. Unbelievable! I ordered at the beginning of December, his birthday is at the end of December. Bad buying experience. First I placed an order which I received after Christmas. Then I bought another shoe and Adidas canceled my order, I don't know why. About the first order, I exchanged the shoe I had bought for my husband as a Christmas present, in short until today after a month, we have not received the exchange (same shoe with a different size) and no response from the company justifying the delay. The status when consulted was always the same. Bad experience, I don't intend to go through it again. I already canceled the order, and bought another shoe (reputable and competing brand), which I will receive in 3 days. But remembering that it was my husband's Christmas present. Thank you Adidas for destroying my gift and making me waste my time.

I am not a runner, I only use the shoes for walking. Still the soles are ruined with couple of months in use. I slipped and skinned my knee even on the comfy city roads of Singapore. Spending $350 on these shoes is waste of money.
I purchased the same sneaker 2 times in 1 month. After wearing the shoe 3 times it got holes near shoe laces. I replaced for same shoe and after wearing it once same thing happened. Adidas refuses to let me get a different shoe for the same price. They told me I can continue to purchase the same shoe even though the shoe is obviously defective and needs to be discontinued. Horrible customer service!
I order online and return for exchnage for smaller size, waited 10 days no response i contact customer service, worst experience i was told 21 days wait on excnahge i cancel the order 3 weeks for refund, i am furiuos
Terrible customer service that loves to copy and past their apologies and waste your time on senseless investigations just to keep you going in circles to the point of craziness. All they are going to do is keep your money with no solution on sending wrong item and not sending several missing items. Have never had this much trouble with customer service through any other company. Online or phone service even with supervision. Loves to hang up on you if they don't have an answer to a question that shows they are in the wrong. Then have the nerve to offer a discount voucher for the inconvenience of ripping you off for hundreds of dollars as if you are planning on ordering more from them after this nightmare that was all a big waste of money and time.
Adidas f50 cleats start separating from sole within a few weeks. Adidas says it is wear and tear. What a cruel joke!
I ordered Adidas pants through the outlet in Kingston, Ontario Canada. I had to return them with Purolator and I've been trying to get my money back from Adidas since October 11 and I keep getting a run around what a $#*!ing $#*! *******@kingston.net
If I could rate Adidas a negative rating I would! Their return policy, their refund policy, their customer service, is all some of the worst I've ever dealt with. I ordered a hoodie and exchanged it. It's taking over 1 month to receive a new sized hoodie. Corporate greed at its finest! Multi-billion dollar company can't refund an item and make you wait over a month? I love Adidas, but now I hope everything they own burns to the ground. Haha $#*! Adidas! Stupid $#*!s.
Ordered a down coat for 280$. Put it on the first time and notice a perfect tiny hole in the front. Realized it was missing one side of a snap. Started a return. Shipped back. They received and signed for 12/19. The email stated 14-15 days for refund. Still no refund so I called. They talk over you repeating some stupid script saying sorry you received outdated information. You just sent me the email! That it will take at least 21 days to inspect the return. You should have inspected the SALE! You sent it damaged and have yet to refund. Joke of a process for such a big company. Any other holiday returns I needed to make have already been refunded by every other company. I hope they lose all their business.
So much wrong with this company and their customer service.
Confirmed receipt of my returned item three weeks ago but are not able to commit to when or process the refund due to warehouse staffing issues. This same non-refunded order was exchanged on a new second order (with a higher price now), and refused to price adjust.
Just buy elsewhere where they value customer service.

Answer: For anyone experiencing this issue- Take photos/screen shots of order and credit card info. You can call 905-266-4200 or 1-800-448-1796 or 1-855-823-4327 but dont expect anyone to answer. If they do explain your issue and get a case number- if you dont hear back from them call again give them your case number and ask to accelerate the issue to a supervisor- dont expect to hear from them but if you do and you don't get your purchase call your bank/credit card company and ask for the charges to be reversed. KEEP all your documentation - Adidas staff lie - you will have to prove contact with them. Good Luck
