This company is terrible and I am appalled at their last tactic. I have bought numerous items from them over the last several years. I never received my last order and when I called them to ask about it (the website only offers very limited tracking info), they told me my account had been closed. When I asked why, they told me that I had "abused" the coupon codes and therefore they had closed my account and refused to reopen it. They did not care to hear anything further and basically hang up on me and never made any effort to salvage the relationship. Even if they were to "re-open" my account, I would never order from them again. There are plenty of great companies to spend my money with.

After receive a lot of e mails and great offers, i give them a second chance, last year they lost my package and i was very angry with poor customer service., so on January i made another order to see how it goes... well i lost my money, the package never arrived after being on back order for more than 2 weeks. So forget this crap. I will stick to amazon never have a problem and you can keep real track of your orders. Stay away from this people do not let them take your money, customer service is simply bad!

I heard their commercial on Howard Stern. I try to support his sponsors. My fiance and I wanted some adult fun stuff, so we went online to adamandeve.com. We found want we wanted, their advertisement tells you to use a promo code and you will get 10 free gifts, of which one of them were DVD's and free shipping. I entered the code at checkout and they offered expedited shipping for $11.00,2-3 days which I wanted so I could get my order by the next weekend. They dont email you and tell you that your order shipped. Most companies do that. I had to do my own tracking, I found out that the order shipped on Dec 1st and was scheduled for delivery Dec 9th! Why did I pay extra for expedited shipping! Then I see what they shipped and no DVD's. I email them to complain and I get a reply from customer service to go read their online shipping policy. They didnt address the DVD issue, ignored that altogether. I am going to complain to the Howard Stern Show. I am thinking of refusing the delivery and disputing the charge on my credit card. False advertising, poor customer relations, and horrible shipping! Dont use adamandeve.com

Worst online purchase experience I've ever had. I was offered one of those supposedly wonderful discounts to try the site. When I checked out, it showed up on my order, but then they billing me the full amount. I emailed Customer support and the first time was told they wouldn't fix it but that NEXT time I ordered I could use it. I emailed them saying this was not satisfactory and got a form letter back with no help at all. The order was delivery much later than expected despite paying for expedited shipping. And, to top it off, the first product broke within ten minutes of getting it out of the package. Oh, and did I mention that, dispite opting OUT of email and snail mail spam I am getting TONS every day? I understand I can expect the porn catalogues in my mailbox next. Misleading business practices and shoddy products. I wish I'd seen these reviews first.

Placed a order on Thursday with a Next day deliver. It was several minutes after 8pm. Right after placing the order i noticed that i am passed the cutoff shipping time so i called in to make sure that it will or i needed to cancel the order. A customer support tech picked up and i asked hem to check it for me and if it will not arrive on Friday i need to cancel all do the sight was marked delivery on Monday. I was assured by him that the items ware picked up by UPS already and it a 100% delivery on Friday. Well guess what got home from work and no delivery. In about 2 hours i am going to a party where this items ware suppose to be a gift at and i have nothing to take. So i called them and complained about it not being delivered on time. I was told that my delivery is on a schedule for Monday and that on a web sight its clearly marked LOL. I was told my the guy that i talked the day before that my account was not updated and on hes screen it clearly marked that it was picked up and on its way to me for a Friday delivery like i wanted. Not only that they lied to me on the phone, when she asked him if that's what he told me day before he told her absolutely not. I am so pissed at them right now for screwing this up for me. They had the nerve to tell me that i should have read the information before i placed the order, that's the reason i called in and got an answer from them what else is there to read about. This is all BIG BS if you ask me. If the guy told me yesterday that the items are not coming till Monday i would of just cancel the order and picked some items from a store on my way back from work and it would all be good but now i have to take a shower change get in my car, go to a store 30 min away and drive back 1 hour to the party. What a waist of my time.

With the original order placed when i called in to ask some question i had a very good service on the phone and all my questions about some items ware answered.

Ordered some items for my wife (& me!)- Figured they were a professional company and I shouldn't have any issues... well, beyond their products being a bit cheaply made (kinda expected!) - my biggest complaint is that they won't stop sending me catalog-porn in the mail! Really Adamandeve.com? If I wanted f#@&ing catalogs in the damn mail- AND SENT TO MY BILLING ADDRESS- not the shipping address!- I wouldn't have ordered online via email!
I NEVER will order from ANY 'adult store' online retailers again! Far better to pay a little extra at the brick & mortar down the street.

They shipped it to a totally different address! They claimed my address was "wrong" and they use a "US Postal System" address service (to ship UPS) which "corrected" my address to a business across town. I never received product and ultimately had to challenge the charge with my credit card company.

After the credit card company contacted them, I received an email saying "Unfortunately, as you have disputed this charge with your credit card company, we have had to close your account with us due to company policy."

Not worth the time. Buy ANYWHERE else!

Company was a forerunner of sales of adult products through advertising in the old adult themed and alternative press in the 1970s. Thus, this firm predates the Internet and was an old mail-order house. Frankly, very reputable company for this industry.

Never had a problem with any orders from this company going back pre-Internet. If any glitches, they've always promptly provided either vouchers or replacement(s).

Though they don't always have the initial release of the newest adult-themed toys and items, the company invariably within a relatively short time have a good price on many recently released toys, et cet.

Many items available and having customer reviews on products is extremely helpful when trying to choose one. Interestingly, many of the items are also available through the amazon marketplace front, which also include reviews so great for comparison shopping. Very prompt shipping. Sometimes have heard radio commercials with good offers (such as 50% off and free shipping) and those have worked for me when placing orders. Easy to navigate, sorting filter decent but have not found one that sorts with highest ratings first, just most popular. Images on site to be expected but not too graphic. Overall site functions well
