I ordered something on 3/16 which were said to be here by 3/24 as the item itself wouldnt be in until 3/18. With that purchase came some free gifts that were said to be here on 3/22. They say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and this includes cx service. Well, thats not true at all. It's true that the boxes ship with few markings, but when you purchase, several emails filled with large photos of sex toys and their names in a big fonts with banners offering more sex toys will show up in your inbox. They're as crude and bawdy as can be no discretion there. Then after you go through opting out, and in my case, sending a pointed email to the company telling them not to send me another email, you get the next thing. They've given all your info to another company to ask you how you like your purchase. Great, now another company knows what I bought and has my email. I ordered a product from this site August 24th. Due to an address error it was returned to the company. I then received an email from the company on September 9th asking for an address correction. I immediately emailed them back with the correction and I was told that the product would be shipped immediately. Fast forward to September 19th I still had to received the product ordered. I called customer service and was informed that the product was on back order until September 24th on which day it would be shipped. I called on today to check the status of my order and I was then informed that the product is on back order until October 1st. After requesting a refund, the customer service agent became irate and began telling me that she was unable to locate my order and that things happen. Complete crap! Find another company to order from because this one has terrible customer service.

I checked everything to make sure that I hadn't miss placed it when I opened it. I contacted customer service, and they checked my order to ensure that I actually ordered it, and they sent me a new one which shipped today. As a heads up you can track your orders as well. On the top of the page on the right hand side there is a track my order button, click that it redirects you to a page with a history of all your orders, and click the order you are interested in tracking.
