I have to admit when I read the review about the used product. I was a little skeptical. I though, they would never send out a used sex toy. WRONG! I got my package 2 days ago and I hadnt opened it because I had not yet purchased the batteries. 2 days later I opened it. The toy was slippery which I thought was weird. Had never had that happen. All I could think was this cant be lube right? WRONG! Upon further inspection I noticed white crusty residue all along the bottom of the toy. I automatically thought about the review i read here online and sent photos of it to my bf. The toy was definitely used, just not by me. I was so disgusted by how they could send me something used! It had lube and somones bodily fluids on it. It was obviously used, well used. I immediately emailed the company and complained. All I got back was an email saying, sorry and that i didnt have to semd it back but they would be issuing a full refund. I suppose thats good but come on now... this is a highly promoted company. This type of stuff should not be happening! I will never in my life purchase anything from them again!

I've ordered from Adam and Eve at least 3-4 times now since my first order and have been absolutely pleased with each and every order, and all the free goodies are pretty great too (they come with each time I order and not just the 1st time so that's awesome rite?)

My package arrived March 17. I didn't have time to check it out until today. First off, I opened the package and noticed that the free offer that I had a coupon for was NOT THERE. Upon opening the package I did receive, I noticed there was a slimy substance on the outside of it. Upon further investigation I noticed there was lube, and what seems to be someone's bodily fluids, inside and outside all of them. THEY HAD BEEN USED. This is the first time I've opened the package... I am beyond disgusted that they would send me something covered in someone else's bodily fluids.
That is not only HIGHLY illegal but also a very serious HEALTH RISK. That persons fluids could have any kind of disease! I will NEVER order from them again. This is the most horrendous thing I've ever seen.
And to top it all off, when I emailed customer service they didn't even apologize or anything. She told me they don't "see used items".
BULL$#*!

Horrible customer service! A representative who is the worst she yells at you. Very disrespectful she not work with customers! They canceled the order I wanted to keep and sent out the one I could care less! They charged me for the one they said they canceled then said they never charged me I am out 19.00 there stuff is on sale a lot cause it all cheap they make more then u save on stuff that is cheap material

Order confirmation was correct, but the email shipping confirmation showed package sent to wrong address (their mistake). Refused to refund billed amount. I spent hours tracking their mistake so package would be returned and I could get refund. Many many calls to their customer service where I was repeatedly told it is my mistake. This was a gift. Its now 8 weeks later and still no package. Post office says they sent it back to company. Customer Service says again, no refund with out package, and I have no idea where it is. I live in a small town where mail only goes to Post Office. There is no confidentiality here when a package is mis-shipped. Do not do business with these people. Total rip-off.

Never a bad experience

I love this site, I always buy items when they run specials and I always always use promo codes, I typically get 50% off, free shipping, and free mystery items, so far I haven't recieved and defective items and I've shopped online with them for about 5 years now, customer service is decent, once an item was misplaced and they sent me another no questions asked, personally think wouldn't ever shop there unless there was promo codes however because I wouldn't ever pay $8 for shipping however it is quick and discrete and always worth it to order multiple things and do multiple orders that way I get multiple free items and always 50% off. Only complaint I have is that they only allow one promo code per order (So I do multiple orders instead at once) and some of the items they show as add ons aren't avaliable for purchase, only through use of codes. I will continue to shop here because the local boutiques are wayy over priced.

Complete $#*!.

I couldn't believe the extremely high prices, the expensive shipping, but I thought what the heck; maybe that just means its well worth it. So I purchased something that looked good. I ordered it on the 17th and got it on 25th.

Turns out the product was cheaply made, easily breakable and it stopped working within ten minutes. I'm not even gonna waste my time with their customer service cause i know that's probably $#*! too. Worst buy and worst site ever. I rather deal with Edna the cashier lady.

This is the worst store out there if it were possible to give them half a start I would. I made an online order that was to arrive within two weeks... two months later I'm still waiting for it to appear. It never did. So I demanded my refund and they had the audacity to offer only part of the amount. I raised hell and they eventually agreed to refund the full purchase. DONT i repeat DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE MORONS

I do not get why there are so many bad reviews for this website. I have purchased from different websites before, this one is simply just the best. I made 2 orders i received it in 4 days. They work well and plan on purchasing another vibrator on Monday. They also gave me plenty of samples. I couldn't be happier!

Received a defective product which was broken upon arrival. I kindly asked customer service to ship a replacement. They offered me a return label only and were rude, even after I expressed my dissatisfaction with the whole situation. I have no control over them shipping broken items but they are so ignorant and do not care! I asked for manager and got nowhere. Customer service is awful and this company needs to get their quality control in check. Save your money or buy from another reliable company. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE IDIOTS! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I ordered from them several different times and never had problems. Until, on my last order, the product was defective. I emailed their customer service to see if there was a chance we were using the product wrong or if there was any way to fix it. Instead of helping me, I got a very disrespectful message where they just told me how to return the product. I was also told I would have to pay for shipping for their defective product. I will not be buying from them in the future.

Discrete shipping? Shipping was, but now I'm getting post cards from them. In a small town, that doesn't sit well with me. So the items are descrete, but be prepared to receive future nondescrete offers to your shipping address (my work in this case). As if the daily emails aren't enough. I've placed 3 orders with them and so far only one item wasn't junk.

I made an order and opted to go with Paypal for payment.
I got contacted because they could not confirm that my credit card was linked to my address.
They requested a copy of a credit card statement showing my address as well as a copy of my driver's license.
I could not provide the cc statement as I do not get those. My banking is paper free (less trash).

There was no other option to "verify" my order and the suggestion was made that the order be canceled and that I try again with something that allows international orders instead of paypal.

My paypal is verified and is my primary thing I use to pay for international orders and things.
I have never had this kind of problem before.
I have never heard of a shop asking for both a cc statement as well as a driver's license and am not comfortable with being asked for about enough information to steal my identity.

Honestly, I wish I would have seen the reviews here before I made the order.

Love them!

I have used adm and eve for my many things over the years. However I stopped buying from them because I moved and I just started back and I love it. Yes I expect some delays in items because if it's on promotion it's selling. I ordered on the 6 of September and they finally shipped it today but I'm not mad. I understand these things happen and I will never stop buying from them they are a great company and you need to learn patience. If you want it tomorrow go to a store near you, if you don't mind the wait sometimes order from Adam and Eve!

I Just Dont Get It!

I ordered a couple items with confidence till I read all of this. I WAS SO SCARED! Then... OH MY GOODNESS... I GOT MY ORDER! Within 7 days too! I didn't even put any extra postage on it. ALSO... The Welcome Kit, ITS A VERY REAL THING! I truly wish I could post a picture for you. Its something for her, something for him, something to share and a DVD. IT DOES EXIST!
I am also expecting the mailings... This is why I ordered from a company and didn't just go to my local adult store, I wanted those coupons, deals, and offers.
I had to leave this to let people know that this company isn't the hell most have experienced. I had a WONDERFUL experience all the way. They also do provide a way to track your package the entire time.
Thank You Adam & Eve and I look forward to ordering again really soon!

So I bought the blue ignite for my wife. She wanted something with girth! We have used a few times and she has cum multiple times. I would give this product 4 stars only because she pointed out the obvious when she said to me after we used it the last time, "I love this thing honey it's almost the same size as you." She was right, so we liked it but she needs bigger around and a bit longer.

Ordered 3 items, didn't get the expensive one because it was on back order. Why did they sell me something on back order? They gave me a date but it didn't come. Gave me another date, it didn't come so I called them and ordered a similar product. Called them to make sure that it had shipped since I never got an email. Didn't get it. Called in and demanded a tracking #. Then they tried to tell me dhl lost it. Now I have to call my credit card company. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE
