Good so far...

I frequent this site a lot due to the novelty items. Placed an order for 10 items (they were on sale!) on Wednesday, February 20,2013 via UPS Ground. Received 2 packages on Wednesday, February 27,2013. More recently, I also placed an order for 3 items on Friday, March 1,2013 via UPS Ground. Received the package on Saturday, March 9,2013 delivered by the local post office. ThinkGeek never ceases to amaze me. Would recommend this site to others as well as purchase from again.

Purchased an order for 3 items on Wednesday, February 20,2013 via UPS Ground. Received an email with shipment tracking on Friday, February 22,2013 with an estimated delivery date of Wednesday, February 27,2013. Received 2 separate packages between the 3 items ordered on time. Novelty item store with higher pricing but worth it in my opinion. They also offer wholesale pricing for merchants. Would definitely recommend this site as well as purchase from here again.

Placed an order for 3 items on Monday, March 11,2013 via 1 Day Air shipping and received discreet package on Wednesday, March 13,2013. Have ordered from this site before and have had positive experiences then. Would definitely recommend this site to others and purchase from here again. Usually look here first and if I cannot find what I want, then I will look elsewhere.

Placed an order for 3 items on Friday, March 08,2013 through USPS Priority with an expected delivery date of Tuesday, March 12,2013. Package actually arrived a day earlier, on Monday, March 11,2013 but was missing one item. Sent in a help ticket to discover why only two of the items shipped and found out that the missing item was out of stock/backordered, but was told that the warehouse and weight of the shipment matched. Sent in some photos of how the missing item would have been too big to fit in the small package that I had received. Was offered a refund or a replacement at no additional charge through UPS Next Day Air Saver. I opted for the refund and received it around 5 days later. Great customer service but the warehouse and shipping could be better. Would still recommend and purchase from here.
