I ordered an LG 2-zone heat pump, 2 heads and all accessories (pipes, wires, disconnect switch, etc.) and everything arrived 1 day early. I know others have had issues with these folks but my experience was perfect. Good prices, quality product arrived early with zero damage or issues.
Trash company our AC broke before six months. They are costing us a lot of money. They keep on charging more money.
I ordered a evaporator coil for my a/c condenser on Monday and Thursday it delivered to a trucking carrier well packed. L pickup the package in 25 minutes. The a/c Tech stated to me the price you paid was awesome for that evaporator coil. Just in time for heat humility in Louisiana.Thanks A wholesalers service well done and I will continue to business with you.
I ordered a furnace and a/c system from them. The furnace was damaged, but not found until after opening the box a few months later when ready to install. The box was pristine, but the furnace had taken a significant hit. Customer Service tells me to take photos of it and describe damage. Make sure not to install. I do this and drive 4.5 hours back to my house from where I was installing it. They deny it immediately. Waste of time. I had to repair on my own. I had to bend multiple areas of sheet metal and reconfigure the blower unit. Multiple screws were fully stripped out and some ended up in the heat exchanger. I had to use a scope with a magnet to fish them out. Not fun! Condenser was damaged, but it was obvious and I denied delivery. Got a new one in good shape. I won't do business with them again. Wish I had found these reviews before. Lesson learned. Open the box, even if it looks perfect.
Despite the company saying they ship in 3-4 days, we still havent received an update on our order from May 31,2020. The first excuse was that covid-19 delayed production or whatever and they would ship our product June 12... it's June 17 and we havent received a tracking number or an update despite having emailed them already.
I ordered new 5 ton split unit. When condensing unit arrived it had a broken high pressure tube inside the unit. I contacted acwholeseller.com warranty and was told it would not be covered because I waited more than 30 days after receipt to file claim. I explained I had been out of town for more than 30 days when it arrived (I wasn't even here when it wad delivered) because my dad was in the hospital and then passed away during that time. They said that didn't matter, it was their policy. It cost me over $1,200 for freon when it was supposed to come precharged. There was of course no freon since it had an internal broken tube.
My sister purchased a Mitsubishi Mini-split air conditioning unit for me, and the Air Handler is defective. AC Wholesalers will not honor the warranty because it was installed at a different address than who purchased it. It was installed by a professional, and ACW knew the circumstances at the time it was ordered. Nothing was ever said about this voiding the warranty. In fact, I was initially told that it would be covered. Now they are saying that I was misinformed. I do not recommend this company.
BEWARE. I purchased a mini split from AC wholesalers. After a professional HVAC company installed the unit, the unit quickly tripped the main breaker and the main board was burned in the process. The mini split had a internal wiring issue which caused the main board to burn up in the unit. AC Wholesalers said they would not refund the money for the condenser since the system was already installed. The issue could never have been determined had the unit not been installed. BEWARE.
Thieves! Run away from them! Currently have filed a Better Business Bureau claim and about to file a small court claim as they told me to ship the furnace back to them at a Bolingbrook, Illinois location (4 hours away from my house). I own a 3rd party delivery company so i had my driver deliver it. The recipient signed my paperwork stating "all 3 packages received in good condition". This was om 8/12/2020. We are just days away from October and I still dont have anything and they just keep saying they haven t received it and that the location they had me return it to is just their 3rd party company and they have to get confirmation from them before they can refund me. So now i have to go to court with these clowns over an $1,800 order. Senseless, thank goodness my furnace works and this was just an upgrade to get central air otherwise my son and I would be very cold right now as its not even hot here anymore but freezing in the mornings. Filing a claim next week probably will post all evidence on youtube and every other review site for them to ensure nobody else gets hurt by these thieves. I wish it was a way to give negative stars for rating this company that's how sorry they are. Completely unprofessional morons
ORDERED AIR CONDITIONER, E-COIL & LINES JULY 3 AND DELIVERED JULY 10, WHICH IS AWSOME. BUT WHEN UNPACKAGED E-COIL WAS DAMAGED WHEN FINS WERE SMASHED BUT BOX WAS NOT. AFTER INSTALLED AND RUNNING WITHIN 24 HOURS THE FAN INSIDE THE UNIT THAT CAME PUT TOGETHER FELL OFF INSIDE AND MAKING NOISES. CALLED BUT NOONE WOULD DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. VICKI B.
This is not a review of the heater I ordered, which I'm sure is fine, however, I will never know. I ordered this product on 11/19/18 and my order never progressed past "Processing". Since I work the same hours the company is open, I sent emails to their customer service address. I received a prompt notice that I would hear from the company within 24-72 hours, needless to say, I never heard back from them. I wrote them 3 more times and finally cancelled my order, when they refused to respond.
Normally, I wouldn't be this angry (especially this time of year) about a product being late or Out of Stock but this was not the case with this heater. It was available and was suppose to ship within 2 days of order receipt. And, while I didn't expect it to come for a week or more, I still scheduled an electrician to install it more than 20 days after the order (12/12/18). I needed this heater for a room that we are remodeling for guests coming for the holidays and now I have to put them up in a hotel, since we don't have a heated room.
My son recommend this company because they were very helpful when he built his house and got him a really good deal on a HVAC system. I thought I couldn't go wrong. Beware this company, they could care less about your business.
My unit wasn't Registered with Goodman unit was supposed to have a 10 year warranty unit only had a five year warranty AC wholesalers never registered the product with the main factor after it was sold to me I feel it is very dishonest that they did that to me
I've been on hold for 30 minutes currently. They said my item was in stock(a $990 purchase) a week later still on backorder. Wouldn't order through them agian
I order a Pacific vent cover because the builder of my home put in to large of vents so I needed the vents with two separate leavers so I went on A/cwholesale.com and ordered what we needed what I reserved was not what I ordered so I gave them a call got on the phone with a really rude lady blaming me saying I ordered the wrong vents my self and they wouldn't take them back and said I could try to send them but I had to pay for them to be ship back when I already paid for shipment to my house I said fine when I get a email saying there only going to pay me 15 dollars and I paid 150 with shipment. Needless to say don't waste your money on this company just for to Ferguson website and buy them straight from them and that is how I got what I needed.
No customer service and warranty work sucks. My ac went down after 10 months and has been out for 1 month. Still no word on when i will get the part.
