From the onset and speaking with Coach Katy, she took time getting to know me and my background. She then tailored a 7 day meal plan which is awesome. Katy listened to my needs and pays attention to areas where you don't understand. I recommend Katy highly. The coaching session so far has been very valuable.

I just downloaded the Able app 2 days ago and immediately scheduled my first call with coach Katy. I had the meeting today and it was and felt great talking to her. She is understanding, motivating, and very responsive. I've been texting with her over the app chat for 2 days and she's been extremely positive and supportive. She responds very quickly and gives great tips and suggestions.
I just wish the call would be 30 minutes. I think 15 minutes is too short for a coaching call. Something for the app developers to work on.

I tried the 1 week trial and really loved my experience with coach Petra. She was very attentive and easy to reach out to at any time during the day. It's really important to have someone you can regularly talk to during the and check in with to ask questions at any time. She also provided a lot of useful information on how to reach my goals and hit pretty much every need as far as providing a structured plan for my goals. Two things that could have improved my experience more were from the app; Providing a place to track activity and also to easily cancel your membership without having to contact customer support by email.

It is very interesting my coach preserved with technical issues and managed a first chat. Guiding me one simple rule to abide by I. The first week and some homework articles sent through app to help. Still hard. It incentive of someone checking in is good Zola is very easy to chat to.

This morning (24.10.23), I decided to try the ABLE app. I authorized a payment of 3$, but was able to withdraw 910$ from my account, I immediately contacted them and they don't want to refund my money. I am currently taking it up with the lawyers and the police. This is an unfair practice of this company. In my opinion it is normal and there must be a possibility to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. And ABLE cannot set conditions and not want to return the money. I thought it was a fer company as it seemed. PEOPLE BEWARE! And ABLE please refund the 910$. If I like the app I have no problem to pay,but not in this way.
I have only downloaded the app and I was charged for their weekly plan without my consent! There was prompt no nothing about paying subscription! Its simply a scam! I also received no order confirmation or payment receipt despite paying for more than 600USD in the last 8 months! I only found out that I have been paying for nothing for the last 8months after checking my credit card bill details!
When I tried to use the help and support tab on the app, I was shown the error message that this page doesnt exist?
There is no way billing or subscription management function in the app. This is simply a scam!
You download the app and you get charged without your consent!
I want to get a refund for whatever I have paid!
She was very approachable, easy to talk with and "heard" what I was saying

It was okay but I was hoping to get my meal plan. I was asked why I want to lose weight but I had answered this in the quiz. I was told I would get a meal plan but I have not received it yet. It was lovely motivation though.
